Very disappointed in the quality and the service. Do not recommend The product or this location. I purchased a pair of gold shoes and after one wear the insole is sliding and scrunched up on 1 foot and releasing off the other foot. I took the shoes back and was told that I could not return them. I have to do an exchange. I mentioned that when I purchased the shoes, I asked about the quality and if they've ever had had a problem with this shoe and the person that sold me the shoes told me no. However, this guy, Andy the returning salesperson, did not recommend that I switch for the same pair of shoes because he said that he has had pairs returned for the same issue. I am most upset because I asked the guy I bought them from and he said no issues - never had a return. Clearly folks here don't talk to each other because I asked the operations manager if he has had any returns or knew of them and he said a couple of handfuls of these shoes come back for this reason. I also asked Andy what was the name of the guy that sold me the shoes and he said he didn't want to say because he didn't want to get in the middle of it. What? In the middle of what? I just wanted to make sure he knew they were poor quality so he didn't tell someone else there have never been issues because clearly there have been. I spoke with the Operations manager and told him my concerns and he said he would address it and I got a new pair since they would not allow a return. Which is also shocking - since when can you not return a pair of shoes that are defective? If this pair does the same thing I will definitely be having another discussion with the manager to return them and I definitely won't be back otherwise. read more

A few months back, I went into Gucci to get my sunglasses repaired. I didn't buy the sunglasses directly from Gucci, I bought them at Maceoo. The person working at this store was not very nice and would not help me. They told me because I didn't buy them at Gucci there is no warranty, which makes no sense when you pay $1000 for a pair of sunglasses. So I called Gucci, they wanted to charge me, I believe it was over $200 to replace a screw. Very disappointing in the store and in this brand. I had a friend who said the same thing happened to her with a watch that she paid thousands of dollars for. If you're paying for a high-quality, it shouldn't fall apart, when it falls apart, they shouldn't charge you $200 to put a screw in the arm, and the people at this store should go out of the way and be nice, especially the amount of money people spend in there. read more

I have an issue I would like to address with one of your sales associate, Racial? That's what it said his name on my receipt. So yesterday Tuesday December 10th around 7pm. I went into Gucci to purchase an item. As I was looking for what I wanted, I walked around the store a few times to see if any sales associates would come up to me and ask for assistance. Until I had to approach raciel for assistance. He asked "what I needed" and I asked I wanted this women's belt and he immediately threw a price at saying "that's 350$". Although I knew the cost, I still wanted to see it but my friend who was with me even noticed how rudely he came to me about the price. Without even saying would you like to see it or needed help. As I said this was my first time here at Gucci and did not appreciate my first time here whatsoever. He did not stay attentive to my needs nor was present. He only came to tell me the price and asked for the size. He was very rude to me and I told him it was my first time. Is this how the store operates to new customers? As I look to my surroundings I saw other sale associates being very polite to customers and assisting others to there needs and even I heard they offered water and ask to sit down. For me I felt like I was chasing racial. He did not even let me know his name, I had to call and confirm it was him and check my receipt. And I was putting another review on google and just below mine there was another bad review with similar interactions with the same sales associate! Something needs to be done!!! read more

Mr. Bravo is fabulous! I recently bought the Gucci Dionysus in April and I fell in love with the bag! Mr. Bravo was VERY knowledgeable about the collection, brand, designer and everything in between. At first I was not a fan of the design, the horseshoe and lion heads, but once I saw the bag up close and put it on I knew it was the one I wanted without being in the store for more then 10 minutes (besides many hours spent browsing online). I walked right up to the appointment line (no one was in line) past the 20 people waiting in line to get into the store without an appointment. I was in the store being helped and greeted all within 1 minute, I was impressed to say the least. I was not expecting to also purchase the slides but I saw them and did not see them before and have always wanted a pair of slides. Well done team I am excited to visit the store again and look forward to my future purchases here! I bought sunglasses in the KOP mall in Pennsylvania and it was a hostile, unorganized store and I felt uncomfortable. Not the best Gucci store. But this is Tampa. It serves the need if you need a quality Italian leather loafer. Gucci and Prada leather are mans best friend for your foot. IMO. The last along time and leather softens to your foot. Selection is not as good as in bigger markets, or service. Try Rome for the white glove and champagne glass treatment. read more

I purchased a small handbag for Mother's Day 2021, about 4 months ago. It had major issues and when I went to return/exchange the handbag I was told 10 weeks for the repair! This is unacceptable for the amount of money that I spent to purchase a bag. I consider the bag defective as it was only used three times before the zipper broke. Gucci used to have better quality but in my opinion the quality has gone severely downhill. I do not recommend purchasing from Gucci. I do not recommend the purchase of the Gucci Horsebit Loafer.... the quality is just not what it used to be. This is my pair of Gucci loafers purchased for $800, after being worn for SIX months to an office every morning. After being in contact with Kering, the Gucci Store manager, and Gucci client services we had come to a conclusion. The conclusion is: "my feet maybe to wide for the shoe causing the shoe to touch the ground in the front which is where you see the hole. The second conclusion we had come to is that the shoe is not made to be worn everyday and this is a wear and tear issue. So I do not recommend the purchase of the Gucci Horsebit Loafer for people with wider feet, or expecting to wear the shoe whenever the feel. read more

The customer service at this store is very poor. First time i shop at this location. My husband and I walked in, we did get greeted and helped right away. It was after the purchase. We bought a purse and sandals. So needless to stay we spent a good amount of $$$. I got my purse on the day if the purchase, but the sandals had to be ordered ( they didn't have my size) i was told it would take two weeks. I purchase both items in May. My boyfriend is a HUGE Gucci brand fan. He is always raving about the high quality of their products, specifically, their shoes. He has multiple pairs, many of which are a few years old but are still in pristine condition. They use genuine leather and offer cleaning products to help keep shoes, belts, and wallets dust and build-up free. The sales men and women are all friendly and helpful at finding the best-fitting size for you and even offer you water (no, it's not Gucci, just Zephyrhills). That particular store Ruined my Gift for my wife 30th Birtnday. I took my wife to the store to get her Gucci Ace sneaker with bee .we arrived before 5:30pm and they close by 6pm but the door man didn't let us in and said by appointment only!!!Okay!!! So we drove an hour and half just particularly to buy that shoe to surprise my wife and leave so I told the door man can I talk to the manager so I can explain to her I want to buy the shoe I called 2 days before and the person answer the phone said its available and coming Sunday to buy it. Well, the door man came back and said we not talking extra customers today . Wow the manger didn't wanna even come to talk to us and she probably thought we was going to browser in the store but the fact the manager and the door man had no clue we a buyer customer and was gonna buy $680 shoe in couple minutes and leave. Gucci Tampa location need to filter who working there because apparently the management and the workers there are very poor customer services. I been to Gucci stores in Dubai and they have a phonemuenal customer services. I am Taking my $680 to Gucci Milan in Italy and buy the sneakers there and I ll buy one for me as well.
