No one said anything to her as we were looking around, in fact an employee congratulated her on her pregnancy as they left the store. We also went into Subway and had a nice lunch. I left to go to work and my daughter calls me stating that she was stopped outside and got banned from both stores for shop lifting and that she is no longer welcome and that you have camera proof. Didn't show her the proof and when I called to speak to someone at the store about it I was told they are not in the store. Because she loves both the stores so much she has spent a lot of her money in your store so this must be a mistake. She has been away for 4 months and just came back. Thank you and have a great day. I had an 9 am appointment on 3/31/2018 to pick up a car trailer however i arrived late around 10 am…read morewhere the lady working was outside smoking when she finished her cigarette we both went inside and she knew who I was she went to the computer to started the transaction and she had troubles getting it to work this took along time the first issue was due to her having the wrong tongue weight in the system for my vehicle and she said she could not get it to take it and kept saying let me try this talking to herself a few times. Then she ask if my tongue weight was 4000 lbs I said no 8000 lbs and the system finally allowed it. Then she ask if I wanted the insurance and I declined. Then she had issues again and this even took longer. I ask whats the problem now and she said she made a mistake and added the insurance and can't get it out . I said how much is it she said $8.00 because she was having so many issues I said to her don't worry about it I'll take for today however I may not have the trailer back for a few days because tomorrow is Easter and I don't want to pay anymore then $8.00 for today only! She also said she was not open tomorrow (Easter) that she would not charge me for if I had came back on Monday morning. I could not get it back until Tuesday morning. I Received a phone call from the lady there at the U haul location asking if I was going to return the trailer today and I said I was driving to her at that time, I would be there in about 20 minutes. and she said she was leaving to take her grandson to the dentist and the office would be closed for me to drop off the trailer and when she returned that afternoon she would check it in. I said that would be fine but I wanted to make sure I was not charged for that day to. She said because it is around the same time I picked the equipment up on Saturday I would not be charged for that day. I checked My account and she charged my card $66.73 (pending) Then $190.17 and another $74.73 a day later the $66.73 Dropped off. However the total she should have charged me was $54.95 x 3 days = $164.85 Plus the 1 day insurance of $8.00 totaling $172.85 I call her to talk about the charges and she gave me such a hard time saying that I didn't get the trailer back until after 12:00 noon because she did not leave to take her grandson to the dentist until then I said wait a minute you called me at 9.23 and I was on my way there and got there in less then 20 minutes and you were already gone and the office had a note on the door saying the office was closed and would reopen later this afternoon. I agree to pay for Sunday Easter even though she said she would not charge me and Monday but I dropped the trailer off on Tuesday about the same time I took it on Saturday 3/31/18 she also charge $8.00 a day for 4 days when I only agreed to pay for 1 day because she had so many issues trying to fix her mistake of adding it to the contract. I have disputed my credit card because I asked her to call me back after she talk to her field supervisor or I will be putting complaints online. I have not received any phone calls. and this is why I disputed my card. If this does not get resolved soon I will be forced to file complaints with Google, Yelp, The complaint board, rip off report for the Park Hills location due to the poor customer service. PS: I couldn't even get any help hooking up the unit and I had a hard time plus The running lights did not work. I went back inside to tell the lady about the lights she was surprised but I ask her do you or your company check these things in she said this one came in a few days ago after we closed. I said maybe you all should check them out when you return back to work. Because I was there for a lot longer then expected so I took the trailer anyway. I pulled off the parking lot at 11:05 AM. This is how long it took for me to get the trailer with all the issues she had processing the contract. All I want is to be charged for 3 days and a one day insurance charge of $8.00 that I did not want in the first place.

Thank you! I'm just cautious shopping moving forward. I can't always make it to their store and online shopping is best for me. I've been supporting them since they were selling out the trunk of their car and the delays in my last few purchases has not been the best. I ask if the delays are occurring, please keep customers in the loop every 2-4 days or weekly if the delays are extensive. The weather is unpredictable but giving proper notice via text and email definitely would've kept my frustrations minimum but provide the customer the opportunity to have alternative wardrobe choices ESPECIALLY during our Football season. Right in the middle of our visit, the power went out and the mall was evacuated. The associate helping us was stunning, patient, and ensured my client felt safe during the chaos, but we didn't get her name before leaving.Today (Wednesday), I called the store to get the SKU numbers for the bras so we could order them online, as it is hard for my client to travel and the sale was ending. I spoke with Claire and explained that I was trying to find the wonderful lady who assisted us right before the blackout. Claire completely refused to help me identify her or give out her name, and I had to plead with her for quite a while. It was incredibly upsetting and frustrating that she wouldn't problem-solve with me, especially since I explicitly told her this associate provided great customer service and we just needed to complete our purchase.Hoping for a better outcome, I called back a second time. Thankfully, Elizabeth answered! She immediately recognized our situation, told me her name, and came to the rescue. She located the exact items that worked perfectly for my client and gave me the info we needed. Elizabeth's genuine care is rare. She brought me so many different kinds and sizes to try on. She never once showed frustration or annoyance when I needed another size or didn't love what she brought me. She even found me as I was checking out to give me a card she had filled out with my sizes and which bras I liked so I would be able to remember in the future.
