I went to buy a 2016 Kia Sorento advertised for $6995 on several platforms including their own website. Joe told me they weren't making any money so he added a GPS tracking package for over $1400 and said no. He said he couldn't sell it to me at that price and he had to talk to his manager. I looked up the law concerning not selling a car at advertised price and he still said he didnt have to sell it to me. And he took the GPS off but said he would have to raise the price. Then got offended because I was mad and told him I was reporting him. I did report him to BBB, DMV Investigating Office, Federal Consumer Complaints, and Attorney General. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Joe gave me a quote today 1/23/26 on the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with VIN# 1C4RJFCTXCC213862, and after I received the quote and started the process with my back, he called back to raise the price because "the other guy" said the price was too low. The car has suspension error codes, a leak in the suspension, a rack and pinion leak, faulty motion sensors, unkept interior seats and dashboard, and the controls in the control center to adjust the suspension do not work, and an oil dip stick that is not for this vehicle. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Completely unprofessional. I called to make an appointment to see a vehicle at this lot. I talked to someone on the phone and set up an appointment for 4 pm. Arrived here around 3:50ish and headed to the gate. The gate was locked so I called and told them I was outside, to which they said they were not there since they left to pick up another car. I asked "didn't we agree to 4pm though?" and they said "yes sorry we'll be there in 15 minutes." After 15 minutes they still did not arrive and had not gotten there until 4:21. At this point I was fed up and didn't trust them to provide good service and so I left. Also: their listing shows as clean title but after doing a CARFAX report it shows as salvaged with severe structural damage. Unreliable and untrustworthy. read more

My experience here was a nightmare. Beware of this auto place my people. I bought a vehicle from here, put $2000 down and on the first week of having the car, the transmission busted on me. Part of this was my fault for not reading the Carfax. This vehicle was suspicious from the start. The managers kept giving me the run around between them and the owner. They then offered to pay half of the transmission costs but I declined. Im not going to keep putting money on a car that had 50k suspicious miles and it shouldn't give me trouble for at least a few years. Don't come here honestly, take your business elsewhere to a real dealership or buy secondhand. They only offered me $500 from my total $2000, and that's because I said the contract and probably from pity from their part. I saw their 2011 Mustang Gt RTR for sale (10/02/2022) and went to check it out. I pull into the world's steepest driveway, and instantly get a weird feeling. Then, out comes Yusuf, And I can already tell he's not the most professional person I've met (keep in mind that I just turned 18). I walk around the car and notice the fender and bumper have been repainted recently, the oem RTR front splitter was replaced with some other cheap splitter, the hood was out of alignment and would barely open, there are dings and scratches all over the passenger side fender, and other cosmetic issues. NOTICE IN THE PHOTOS: the stripe on the fender is no longer there, different front splitter (the RTR one probably got absolutely mangled by the way Yusuf pulls out of the driveway going 20 mph and smashing it into the floor). we then go for a test drive. Everything goes great until I shift into 6th gear and it makes a grinding noise, which I ask him about. He then goes on to say "I'm not sure what that is, do you know what that could be?". I tell him that the synchros are probably going bad. He then tells me that I'm not driving the car properly and that's why it's making the grinding noise. I've daily driven a manual v8 mustang for 2 years so I know how to drive manual very well. So I tell him to take it for a drive and see if his masterful driving solves the issue, and turns out, the issue was still there and that man can't drive for shit. No seatbelt, hauling ass every chance he could, Revving the engine to an unreasonable extent, illegal u-turns, you name it, safe to say I did not feel safe anywhere near that guy especially in control of a 400 horsepower muscle car. It was an overall bad experience so I left. THEN I LOOK ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AND SEE THEY HAVE HAD THAT SAME CAR ON THEIR LOT FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. Yes, let me repeat that... A YEAR AND A HALF (first posted in July of 2021) . Yusuf told me they've only had it for 2 months. Glad I saw the red flags before I gave them any business. I strongly recommend you stay away from this place although the prices are tempting it's not worth it. :) read more

My friend was planning to buy a car, a 2011 Mustang GT RTR, everything seemed good until he came back from his test drive and realized this machine doesn't function as intended. 6th gear grinded during his test drive, and Yousef claimed it was "a metal on metal contact noise", interesting way to describe a grind. and later on claimed it was from my friends "driving", which is quite ironic, when the manager drove the car and same grind problem. on top of that, speeding and revving the motor throughout the 2nd drive, without a seatbelt on top of that, how professional and a great way to convince a customer to buy a car. also, we did look over the car and saw lots of cosmetic booboos. funniest part of it all, the hood didn't open and took them 3 minutes to finally get it open. panel gap reminded me of the grand canyon trip i took a few months ago, great heavens. in all seriousness, i strongly do not recommend taking your hard earned money to this place. prices may look enticing but it won't be once you are on the side of the road calling AAA, and paying a nice dollar or two. This dealer attempts to make their cars looks pretty on photos until you drive 60 miles and are immensely disappointed. your mustang that sat in your lot for "2 1/2 months" appears to equal a year plus. read more
