We had an 8:30am airport ride from Sandpoint to the Spokane airport. Guardian Transportation was a no call no show. They would not answer calls or texts and their voicemail was full. I did receive 2 email confirmations that were not honored. We had to find an alternative ride that was very stressful and expensive. Needed a last minute ride from the airport to my home in Priest Lake, 90 miles, which is extremely difficult to find, I made my reservation on the Gaurdian website, got my confirmation via email, the driver contacted me 15 min prior to the scheduled pick up time to confirm. Had a great ride home, I was picked up by the owner Damian and he was very professional. I would definitely recommend Gaurdian Transportation for any last minute or scheduled rides you may need. I would not even give this service a 1 star! They will simply abandon you. They miscommunicated the pick up and were 1-2 hours out from picking me up when I got to the pick up spot. With absolutely no communication, if I hadn't called the owner of the company they would have simply left me there to wait. Completely undependable. read more

Guardian Transportation came from their Sandpoint office in the middle of the night to tow my non-driveable pickup truck from Nine Mile Falls to the shop 16 miles away in Spokane. They were WONDERFUL! Nobody else could come. It happened on 11/30/22 when we had a huge snowstorm so my insurance couldn't find an available tow truck in northeast Washington/northern Idaho. They finally found one a day later in Post Falls who said they were on their way and then never bothered to come or cancel. When I called my insurance company to tell them that company never showed or cancelled (my truck had been sitting in the road for 30 hours by that time), the insurance contacted Guardian's Sandpoint office and they came in the middle of the night and saved me! I am very sad to write this review. We have had reservations with Guardian three different times. The first time was fine - they picked us up on time in Priest Lake and took us to the Spokane airport. The next time, we reserved a private ride from the airport to Priest Lake. Upon calling Damien, we found out that we needed to walk with all our luggage to the hotel nearby, where we found out he had accepted another passenger, which taking her home added an hour to the trip. But the most amazing thing was he had a baby in the car that wasn't even his own child. My husband and the other lady had to try to attend to the baby fussing, etc., for the 3 hours in the car. But we still liked and wanted to support Damien and booked him last fall for our trip from Priest Lake to the airport. We confirmed with him two days before, AND the day before, because we had important flight connections and wanted to make sure everything would go smoothly. He assured us he would be there at 9 a.m. At the scheduled date and time, he did not show up. We called and texted him repeatedly with no answer. After waiting over 40 minutes and panicking we finally called some people that live in Washington. We had to drive our car to their house and they had to rush us to the airport. They were then stuck with our car for several months. It was all EXTREMELY stressful. We don't know what happened as Damien has never called or contacted us still to this day.
