Easy to schedule, flexible and on time. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks for the ride!

I highly recommend Payless Airport Shuttle! They picked me up in the middle of a snowstorm. There was at least a foot of snow on the ground. Donna was my driver. She even arrived early and helped clear a path in the driveway so I could get to the van. She helped me load my luggage. The roads were bad but she was careful and skilled and we arrived safely to the airport. I left my snacks in the van and she texted me to tell me they were there and she was waiting outside baggage claim to give it to me! Thank you Donna! You made my life So much easier that day! My sister has also used Payless Airport Shuttle in the past and she recommended them to me! We appreciate the excellent service provided and will use them in the future. read more

Payless Airport Shuttle - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Hayden Lake, Idaho

Everything was perfect with my Payless Shuttle service!!! Donna with the orange truck was my driver. Excellent communication! Skilled driver, wonderful conversation. Price was well worth me not having to rent a car and drive myself in poor weather. I will use this shuttle many times to come. Call or text them for quotes as you can get a discount on more than one rider. I think they cover a couple counties so please consider a call vs airport parking or for large travel groups. This service took away so much of my anxiety! Thanks again Donna and Payless Shuttle. read more

We had a great first experience with this company and would definitely make them our "go to" to and from airport transportation. Our driver was on time for our 4:45am pick up request and he was very personable and friendly. read more

Great service and always on time. All of their drivers are friendly. Fantastic family owned local business.

I've used this shuttle service 4 times now and every time it has been excellent, reliable service. This last time I needed them on short notice for my niece who was bailing from a bad situation and the care they gave to her and the trust they extended to me is from a different era. I wont use anyone else when I need service from Spokane to Bonners Ferry. read more

Fantastic experience using Payless Airport Shuttle for transportation from Hayden, Idaho to the Spokane airport. The driver was friendly and drove safely, the vehicle (a Town & Country van) was clean and modern, and the service was prompt. (We scheduled a 10:15am pickup, and the driver arrived at 10:15am on the nose.) The prices are reasonable too. Going forward, we will absolutely use this service rather than relying on family for airport transportation. read more

Great shuttle and easy people to deal with. Their shuttles aren't brand new but they're in working order and clean and the two different drivers I've had were good drivers. Highly recommend. read more

Use this service if you need a ride from the airport. Came through for me in a pinch couple of times at the last minute when my ride couldnt pick me up. Friendly and good value. read more

We've used Payless shuttle before in the past and never had any problems. On our vacation we called Payless shuttle in advance to be picked up and taken to an Airbnb in Coeur d'Alene. When we arrived at Spokane International Airport we went to the area where we were supposed to wait for the shuttle and couldn't find them so we called and they told us they had nothing for us as far as the reservation and if we'd like them too they could send somebody to pick us up but it would be an excess of an hour. The whole reason we called and made a reservation is in advance is so that we didn't have to wait, needless to say we were a bit disappointed and we won't be using that service again. On the good side the people at the airport found us another taxi which cost more but was there immediately and took us right away. read more

My husband and I were almost 2 hours late arriving at Spokane Airport...after 1 am on a snowy holiday night. We were worried about our transportation to Hayden Lake, but there was no need to worry with Payless and Debra Swann behind the wheel. She was there monitoring our flight and greeted us with delight and a warm (literally) welcome. Her upbeat conversation and knowledge of the mountain area set us at ease as she took us to our destination. We cannot say enough wonderful things about her...Payless will definitely be our choice next time we are in their area. read more

I have used Payless Airport Shuttle since 2012. I love that they are always on time and the drivers are very nice - I've gotten to know several of them well over time. I've experienced many delays on return trips and they have always been very accommodating. Dependable + On Time + Friendly is a 5 star rating for me! read more

I book with Payless to be picked up at 5:15 in the morning and dropped off at the airport. They arrived on time in the gentleman who pick me up with very nice. However there is a light snow coming down and he made a wrong turn and took me 15 minutes the wrong way which added 30 minutes to my drive to the airport. This put me in the position where I'll miss my flight. Thank goodness Delta airlines didn't charge me for re scheduling my flight, however instead of getting home in 3 hours it was a 12 hour day. I don't think that the driver did anything attention on he was a really nice guy. I called the office to see if we can resolve something to accommodate me for the fact that I paid in tips and full. However the lady who helped me was upset because my cousin called complaining as she said that she was willing to work Something out but then decided that she wasn't going to help me. She stated I was a nice person but she was no longer or unable to resolve anything do tomy family members being upset that I miss my airline flight read more

I have used Payless Shuttle 3 times and today was the last. Their cars are dirty inside and out. Today I was mistaken about the fare and was 10.00 short. They do not take credit cards. I arranged for my elderly mother to give me the $10 when I arrived in CoeurdAlene. The driver was rude. Had my name wrong and thought he was picking up a man. I tried to make conversation and he ignored me. Accused ME of being rude. read more

Although we ended up canceling our reservation, I must say that Robert was a very understanding, friendly and cooperative individual. If their service is anything like their employees, I would believe they are most reputable and fair. Thanks for Robert for your help. Maggie Brown, Apache Junction, AZ read more

Convenient, fast, friendly service with good rates. Will definitely be using them again and again

I highly recommend these guys. I've been using them to get to Osburn, Idaho and then back to the airport once a month now since November (2010). They are very reliable, always on time. And, no matter how bad the weather is, I feel safe making the treck over the hill with them, even at 2 a.m. in the morning (when they kindly listened to my sleep-deprived babble!). read more

This business is fantastic. Not only did they pick my youngest daughter and I up in the middle of the night at the train station a month or so ago, he was able to schedule a pick up for my daughter coming home from college today at the airport pretty much last minute. The rates are not even comparable to the rates from their competitors they are so reasonable. A true blessing of a business. Thank you once again for being there. read more

The man on the phone was rude. I called to cancel my reservation with them and while I was apologizing for having to cancel (several days in advance), he hung up on me. Needless to say, I'll never be using them in the future.
