There was no ice, no water, and no bluetooth. Radio only. The only reason I give the evening 2 stars is the tour was well planned and the selected displays were worthy. The accommodations took all of the elegance and adventure out of the booking. What irritates me the most is I booked early enough that my fare should not have been sold. There is more, but I have said enough. I did not plan to give a bad review. but when I emailed A-Star to express my dissatisfaction, it was not acknowledged.
