I called to report, and the owner denied that the driver was erratic. He stated that he keeps a close eye on his taxis and it was for medical transport. Unless it is an ambulance, and there are lights and flashers so the other vehicles on the road can pull over to be safe, there is no reason to drive that way. I would never use this business based on their poor driving quality and the owner unable to apologize and take responsibility for illegal driving from their drivers.

We were unable to use them the next time we needed a cab as they were on other calls, but were very clear about that. I guess we had an atypical experience based on the other posts. We found them very friendly.

My review NOW: I had to make a change to my taxi driver options after one Ride Away driver made inappropriate comments to me and another actually solicited me!...for something TOTALLY unrelated to my congruity. Excuse me sir, I am married. Unfortunately, I cannot call Ride Away anymore. Both these drivers (I won't mention names) were of retirement age. There was also anther older driver but he was sweet and a gentleman, too bad he didn't drive me again. So much for being a married gal traveling alone- cabs are virtually my only option, unfortunately.
