They arrived at 10:45 pm 15 minutes late but the driver assured her and 1 other lady being transferred that their bus was still there and wouldn't leave them. Well it did leave before they got there and then at 12am they were kicked out in the cold (30 degrees) and freezing and left on a bench for 7 hours overnight scared to death ( have you been downtown in Seattle at night?, she had not.) She was scared at the drugs and fights she was seeing. I lost contact with her after an hour and tried calling customer service, what a joke! Marco (a supervisor) told me after no solution was available I should take better care of my sister in the future and not buy a nightime ticket! That's all they had for Christmas week folks. Then after calling back another supervisor "Bill" told me if I was so upset maybe I should drive the 8 hours myself and take care of her myself because they cant do anything about leaving her outside freezing and scared. I'm appalled that he said this happens often and I should just understand their policies about late buses. you would think communication between the drivers of these buses would fix this, but apparently it is common place. NEVER use Greyhound and never call their customer service because they aren't even in the US! Both times I got India and couldn't understand them very well except their insults. they couldn't even tell me what time it was where she was and wouldn't admit they weren't in the country but it was very obvious they weren't. Greyhound should be ashamed not of just kicking her out in the cold, but telling me I should take better care of my sister when I wasnt even there to do so.

    Repeatedly unreliable and rude -- avoid…read more I used Special Mobility multiple times and my experience was consistently poor. Their call center reps are rude on the phone, often schedule pickups for the wrong dates and times, and fail to correct the errors. Each time I asked to speak with a manager, tqhe staff became argumentative and insisted I was being rude -- even though I stayed calm and only asked for the service I paid for. I cannot rely on them for timely rides and customer service only makes the situation worse. Not recommended.

It's almost as if the call center employees are sociopaths that get some sick joy on controling the weak and sick; thriving off ruining everyones day Until upper management makes drastic changes to their call center employees this company is more then likely going to have numerous legal problems in the near future due to their employees. Freedom with their patients, information releasing it to almost anybody!!!
