Kenny (or Kent) is the best bus driver I have ever ridden with. His courtesy and professionalism are without parallel. And I have ridden a lot of buses throughout my lifetime, and across many continents, to recognize an excellent driver when I see one. Moreover, his punctuality is unquestionable; and he treats every customer with respect. Quite frankly, because I have not used these types of transportation in a while, I did not know what the standards have become and what to expect. My family and I were stranded on the side of the road not too long ago. We had a flat tire. We had a spare on the trunk of our car but no tools to remove the tire. We called quite a few tow companies and many of them told us we would have to wait for hours before someone could get to us. Luckily, a shuttle van stopped and helped us. My flight was late landing at the airport and while i was stuck in baggage claim i was able to call the office. The girls on the phone were able to get ahold of the driver and ask him to wait an extra 5 minutes for me. Unfortunatly, i was just a a little longer the 5 minutes. He was a great driver. you could tell he cared about us. as we were leaving he decided he didnt trust our van so he took us to the yard to change vehicles. unfortunatley we had to change again after that one for the same reasons, but im glad that Kyle paid attention and wouldnt drive to vegas with a bad vehicle. The "Walmart Shuttle" at BYU-I is terribly useful for those of us who don't have a car! While it takes up a bit more time than driving yourself, it's easy to track. The bus is usually roughly on time and the stops are at opportune spits across campus and the dorms. Special shout out to driver Houston P for being friendly and informative!
