They arrived at 10:45 pm 15 minutes late but the driver assured her and 1 other lady being transferred that their bus was still there and wouldn't leave them. Well it did leave before they got there and then at 12am they were kicked out in the cold (30 degrees) and freezing and left on a bench for 7 hours overnight scared to death ( have you been downtown in Seattle at night?, she had not.) She was scared at the drugs and fights she was seeing. I lost contact with her after an hour and tried calling customer service, what a joke! Marco (a supervisor) told me after no solution was available I should take better care of my sister in the future and not buy a nightime ticket! That's all they had for Christmas week folks. Then after calling back another supervisor "Bill" told me if I was so upset maybe I should drive the 8 hours myself and take care of her myself because they cant do anything about leaving her outside freezing and scared. I'm appalled that he said this happens often and I should just understand their policies about late buses. you would think communication between the drivers of these buses would fix this, but apparently it is common place. NEVER use Greyhound and never call their customer service because they aren't even in the US! Both times I got India and couldn't understand them very well except their insults. they couldn't even tell me what time it was where she was and wouldn't admit they weren't in the country but it was very obvious they weren't. Greyhound should be ashamed not of just kicking her out in the cold, but telling me I should take better care of my sister when I wasnt even there to do so.

Everything about the wedding and reception were carefully planned out. Not only did they use limousines for the wedding and reception, but they picked us up and delivered us to the airport as well. Our chauffeurs were very nice and very professional. The limos themselves were gorgeous and so comfortable and roomy. We were even able to watch a short video the bride and groom made for everyone on the flat screen TV in the limo. We are not forgetting this wedding any time soon.

This station lacks red caps but one of the staff assisted me to get myself, my bags and my walker to the front entrance where Mom was waiting. His assistance was much appreciated. Two weeks later it was time to return home. After checking in my baggage I crammed myself into the bench with arms (evidently to discourage the homeless from stretching out). A little late my train to Seattle showed up and I schlepped down the corridor and used the elevator to get the platform. The staff were helpful and in no time I was settled in my seat and on the way. Very bare bones. A vending machine, ticket counter, baggage claim, check baggage and seating. Plain vanilla but adequate. Ticket counter is staffed 10 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. but there is a quik-trak kiosk that sells tickets 24 hours with a debit/credit card. Downstairs bathrooms close at 10 p.m. but upstairs ones are open past midnight into wee hours.

This is one of the cheapest ways to get from the Spokane Airport to Pullman if you don't have a…read morecar. They are very helpful. When my plane was half an hour late they waited for me. Their drivers are polite and professional. Their mini buses are comfortable. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because they only run this shuttle once a day in each direction, except on Fridays when they run it twice. It is a bit annoying to have to plan your flight around a once a day shuttle. They also run a shuttle between WSU and UI that is free for students, and that service is pretty good. Make sure you know where the bus stop is though, particularly in Moscow. The stops can be difficult to find and the signage is sometimes confusing. They also run special buses to Seattle for holidays. I have not used those services because the times never seem to be convenient, particularly for the return bus to Pullman. Also they only sell those tickets as a round trip.

I was able to use the 4 and 23 lines to easily get to/from my appointments today. The drivers were friendly and waited until I had a seat before moving. This was helpful since I can only hold on with one arm. Both busses I rode were clean as well. Nothing sketchy about the ride, I felt safe both ways.
