The worst cab service I have ever dealt with. For the second time in two weeks they screwed me. Both times called for cab and they say 30-40 minutes which is fine. What isn't fine is when they no-show. Both times I call to see where my cab is only to be told it's the first time they had heard from me. Rude dispatchers as well. It was a scary trip to the airport. My ride arrived early and was friendly but was simply a bad driver; poor pedal control (surging acceleration and braking), erratic/jerky merging technique, and texting in heavy fog, before sunrise, on a twisty mountain road. Eesh. read more

DO NOT USE!!!! ZERO stars. I used the online reservation tool and then called to be sure they got my reservation. I explained I had surgery and the guy assured me he wrote the reservation in big letters. The next day, no taxi and when I called they said they had no record of the reservation. I had to drive myself to the hospital and now will have to take a taxi to the parking garage to pick up my car while I'm recuperating from surgery. I'd sue them if I could. read more

The guy that picked me up from the airport was soo friendly. Not all cab drivers are genuinely friendly and nice. I called from the airport I didn't realize they had a taxi station. When I called he told me where to go and if I didn't want to wait for him he totally understood, that made me want to pick him. Great guy!! read more

Read Kathryn K's review, which sums up my experience. I used the online reservation tool 4 days in advance of needing a ride to the airport. I thought it strange that there was no email confirmation. So the next day I called to confirm. They asked if I had made a reservation, and I said yes, using the online tool. So they made a note of it. I called again the day before needing a ride. They said yes, they had me down for needing a ride, and seemed friendly. The morning of the ride, they didn't show up. I called and they asked, "Did you make a reservation?" I said yes, and asked if they could send a cab now, or I would have to give them a bad review on Yelp. That's when they disconnected my call. I had to drive myself to the airport to make the plane on time. Buyer beware. read more

Definitely appreciate these folks. Was using Bills Friendly Rides for the longest time, but constantly disappointed and let down. These guys not only are friendly and on time (or early) but don't ignore you, curse at others on the phone while they are taking you somewhere and purposely take the longest route to your destination. But also, open the door for you, cut you deals, and are actually nice. read more

I've used them two times and attempted to use them a third but the driver "Randy" simply did not want to come to north spokane to get me home. So I guess it just depends on who's driving. You get what you pay for. They are most affordable I think. read more

I selected City Cab based on other reviews and I'm so glad I did. I needed a 4:30am ride to the airport. Jerry arrived 10 minutes early, and got out to help me with my suitcases. City Cab Spokane Okay for walk ups if you happen across one.Terrible for anyone on a schedule.Today I am ill;infrequently miss work,having a non Urgent Care type medical emergency,miraculously was able to schedule last minute with my general practitioner.Unfortunately for me,even after calling to schedule a ride an hour and a half in advance City cab for the second time this year (first,I figured a fluke) completely screwed me.Both drivers were sent out of town and no one so much as considered giving a courtesy call.I have now missed my appointment.In all likelihood this means another day of missed work at minimum.I work in a hospital kitchen and can not go back to work without knowing if my condition may be contagious.The person I spoke with on the phone offered the solution of contacting another cab company for me in an attempt to placate me and then did not follow through with calling me back on that?Feigned courtesy is worse than being rude in my opinion.I called once more to speak with a supervisor or manager to which a man calling himself Phil offered as solution that I should Call back on Mon after 9 as that is the soonest his manager Josh will be available.I have been a fairly regular fare but surely will not be after this incident. read more

set up appt for pickup through there website. recieved no call from them indicating they would be unable to pick up at the designated time. When called was informed that they would not have a cab available for another hour, when asked if there was away to come sooner, was informed they might be able to pickup in 30 minutes. when asked why a call was not provided they hung-up. read more

Late picking me up and then spent forever driving around in circles because he didn't know how to get to where I wanted to go. After taking another cab company to the grocery store to pick up ice cream for daughter's birthday (can't drive because of broken foot in cast).
