Worst experience ever the taxi smelled like urine the man asked me how I was going to pay I said I have a credit card he told me his machine was broken he said I could pay cash so I ran upstairs I asked what kind of change he said he had $6 I told him where we're going he didn't know the area I asked her to use his GPS that wasn't working so I had to look it up he said well I'll find it I know the area I look up but there's no meter on his dashboard I asked about that it says well it'll only be 20 dollars and I said well I'd like to see how much it costs well give me whatever you want anyway I the worst experience ever I will never use this company again read more

Took this cab company twice, from airport so had no choice which company showed up. Vehicles were filthy, back of vehicle was dented in, driver both rides spent majority of time on their phones (even driving on I-90). Driver hit a curb as he was not paying attention to the road. I honestly don't know how this company is still in business. The airport needs to quit using them, next time I'll just refuse to ride with them and make the guy at the taxi stand at the airport get me a different cab. read more

The operator was rude and gave us the impression that he doesn't like his job. He wasn't listening and paying attention that we needed a car that will fit 6 big luggages and 4 hand carrys and 3 passengers. He just said okay and didn't bother to ask the caller's name. The day came for pick-up, the driver was late and showed up with a car smaller than a Sedan. We ended up letting him go. We just ask a friend to drop us off at the airport. We will never book a ride with this company again! read more

Orange Cab to no longer be allowed to be in public service. I had an issue 2 years ago with them charging over double what was quoted. It was a battle, but they finally refunded me the difference. On November 6th I was at the Multicare building next to the hospital and while I was driving by an Orange Van, the driver carelessly opened his van door and walked directly in front of my vehicle. I was able to stop (only moving a couple mph as we were in a parking area) and honked my horn, only to be met with a very rude hand gesture and yelled at. While I was in line to leave the structure, the driver followed me, still yelling and taking pictures of me and my vehicle. He even went as far as to cross the cement divider and attempt to approach my vehicle. Luckily the parking attendant stopped that from happening. I called the dispatcher and explained what happened and asked for the drivers name. I needed to get something to write with and he did not want to wait for me, so he hung up. I tried calling back several times but they blocked my number. I also tried going to their physical address only to find that the address listed was Zips. I spoke to the manager at Zips and was told a lot of people come lookin for Orange Cab. There was a second address and that let to a vacant field along side the freeway. At this i am pretty scarred to say the least. I went to Valley Police and they said to file a complaint with Crime Check. I thought this would be better handled within the company so I called from work today to try and file my complaint and the rude dispatcher advised me to call the police. So I have now filed a formal complaint. I would not advise using this company. It makes you put a star, so I put one. In reality I would not put any. read more

My doctors office arranged for Orange Cab to bring me to and return me home after my appointment. The pick up occurred as scheduled at 2:15. When I left the cab, the driver said "Give us a call at the number on this card after you finish your appointment and we will pick you up." I did so at 4:05. I waited in the cold lobby of the doctors office until about 4:30 and then called and told the dispatcher that the ride hasn't shown up. She assured me that it would come that magnificent they had just gotten "slammed with business" and had gotten behind. I waited another 20 minutes and called again. She said I needed to be patient. They were on the way. Another 20 minutes. I called again. She said "Haven't they shown up yet? Well, that's just not right." Entirely agreed with her of course. Then she said "Since you called after your appointment was over you just went to the end of the line. That's why you're waiting so long. I'm doing the best I can." At that point, being after 5:30, hungry and needing the bathroom desperately, I called my own cab, which arrived within 15 minutes and took me home by 6:15. I used to work for Singh and all the money I was due for wages he had me run his credit card through my square account then after he fires me he told his credit card company that all those charges were unauthorized so basically he took back my pay that he owed me and left me with charges from my bank amd no paychecks. To the tune of about $4000.00, Don't trust him He is sheisty and breaks do many laws like transporting and selling cigarettes from Idaho with no tax stamp to people in washington screwing the state out of tax revenue. this cab company never really show up if you call most of the time it goes to voicemail mail they will schedule a ride and be no shows multiple time no matter if you tell them the urgency of the ride or meeting they have no consideration for Costomer service and will not call you to say hey we can't make it read more

I've used Orange cab for several years. I've been satisfied with the service and especially the courteous cab drivers. Their 24 hour service is very helpful. Their rates are less than Uber's. read more

I arrange a number of rides for people all the time and I have had to call multiple times, I've been hung up on when they know it's me calling. This company doesn't come through when you need them. They don't show up and don't answer the phone after they told they were open 24 hours and would pick us up at 2:30. We called no answer left message no answer we ended up having to walk to train station at 2:30 in the freezing cold and in bad part of town. There are other companies use them read more

Walk if you have to, but don't call them. I used them a couple of times while my car was in the shop...never again. The dispatcher couldn't be any ruder. I was told by him that the cab would be there in 15 minutes: I called after 30 and he hung up on me. Cab came 30 minutes later. One trip of about 2 miles cost me $20: I used another company later for the same trip and it was $11. One driver spoke little to no English and would drive quickly for a half a block and then tap the brake to slow down. This happened about 15 times. I sho' nuff needed a drink when I got home.
