We switched to this company because our prior alarm company was unresponsive (I won't name names,…read moreeven though I really want to!). We had to send a few emails and leave a few voicemails before they would respond, and it would generally be a few weeks before they would actually have an opening. RSS has been amazing so far. The technician, Scott, who came to set things up, was so knowledgeable (uncovered a few technical issues from our prior company), pleasant, and prompt to respond to my communications. Fingers crossed that the service continues as well as it has been!

The diagnostic charge was explained to me and I set up an appointment. The man got here on time and was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and checked things I didn't know COULD be checked! When he left the problem was fixed---of course --we had a storm that night and it proved us wrong. Back again and this time he must have gotten things sealed because after 6 weeks, and many storms, the problem is corrected. I will go with AC for my electric needs from now on!

I am writing to formally document and express my serious concern regarding an interaction I had…read morethis morning with AC Electric owner, Asmint Cruz. Prior to today, my impression of AC Electric had been positive. Since 2021, we have spent approximately $30,000 with AC Electric on work performed at our home. During that time, I previously interacted with Todd Fowler and found him to be professional, respectful, and courteous. Unfortunately, my experience this morning with company ownership was the complete opposite. During our interaction, I was shocked by the level of hostility, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior directed toward me. While I fully understand that stressful situations arise in business, there is simply no excuse for speaking to or treating a long-term customer in the manner I experienced today. The conduct displayed reflected extremely poorly on the company and its leadership. Because the interaction was so inappropriate and unexpected, I documented portions of the situation with photographs and detailed notes immediately afterward. Attached are photographs from the original 2021 installation showing the basement walls at that time with no visible leaking issues present. I am also attaching current photographs from this year showing the condition now. In addition, I have attached exterior photographs from the original 2021 work that clearly show disturbed ground, what appears to be a newly installed pipe, and a shovel present at the work area during the installation period. This is particularly concerning given the statement made to me today that "they did not dig" during the prior work. Based on the visible condition of the ground and surrounding area shown in the 2021 photographs, that statement does not appear consistent with what is documented. I believe businesses are ultimately judged by how leadership conducts itself and how people are treated during ordinary interactions. Based on my experience today, I believe this matter deserves serious internal attention and review.

The insurance adjuster was more than happy to give me a quote based on my own work and restoration. (That time I injured my lower back hauling debris.) That was several years ago, recently I had a tree fall on my property from my neighbors yard damaging my fencing, vehicle and home. I started doing the same thing quickly as a concerned husband and father to make sure my family was safe and had adequate shelter at the end of fall. It was cold and I moved everyone to our master bedroom to stay warm that night. The tree knocked down all the power lines and it was hours before the electric company shut it off. This sent several surges of electricity to our home damaging the furnace and appliances among other things. My neighbor hired Angelo from Americon Restoration. It just coincided we were outside at the same time. I was clearing the small debris panicked after I had just called my insurance company. They were professional but seemed to lack the sense of urgency. He spoke to us briefly and put my mind at ease. I clearly had no idea what I was doing. They consulted with me and our insurance company through the whole process. I highly recommend them to everyone including my friends and family. I won't do this again on my own again. Angelo and John were always a text or phone call away. I hope we don't have to use them again for a natural disaster or emergency but if we do I will surely contact Americon.

He took the time to walk the property and understand the layout of my 35 unit apartment building. He explained the best options for coverage in a clear and easy way. Richard installed a 30 camera system and handled the entire job from start to finish with care and precision. His attention to detail really stood out and it was clear he takes pride in his work. The installation was completed in a timely manner and everything was set up cleanly and neatly. The pricing was very reasonable and completely transparent with no surprises. It is rare to find someone who combines strong technical knowledge professionalism and fair pricing but Richard delivers on all of it. If I had to say one negative thing it would be that he over-communicated LOL. Other than that I have zero complaints. I highly recommend SecureVolt Solutions to anyone looking for a reliable and honest security professional. I am extremely satisfied with the system and feel much more confident about the security of my building thanks to Richard's excellent work. Thanks again Rich!

They 'contract hired' an uninsured motorist to do the clean who hit the parked car in our driveway…read more The company owner Jessica let us know that we need to go through our own car insurance and file an uninsured motorist claim, not at all apologetic for the inconvenience, since the company didn't own the car. Still charged us full price for the clean today. Didn't offer to even help pay our insurance copay or anything. Different teams every week doing the clean, really inconsistent, several hours late every day they were supposed to come. Which was all tolerable, but I think damaging our car and being rude after, not even trying to make it right, was a bit too far. Don't hire because they really don't much care who they send onto your property, whether they have a drivers license or car insurance. They responded to the google review saying we wanted a discount, no we wanted their company that claims they are 'bonded and insured' to provide us with insurance information to have our car repaired.
