So I explained the lady on the phone the whole story that you can read in the prior review, she apologized up and down and promised me that someone will get in touch with me right away and that they will make it right. as promised I got a call back from the original sales man apologizing as well and telling me that it was his fault for not sending me the email with the estimate to reconnect the alarm, promised that he will do it as soon as possible and told me that they will take good care of me after all I have dealt with. Expecting a huge discount I received the estimate via email about a week later, to my astonishment and not in a good way!! the estimate was for over 4K!!! WHAT??? Now you might not remember from my earlier review, so let me remind you. I moved in to a house that had a working alarm system with this company!! all we did was remove the brain of the alarm from a closet! all that we needed was to have the brain installed in a different location and another motion sensor added in the garage!!! Are you F&#%$ kidding me!! 4K??? I had other alarm companies quote me 3K for a brand new system which meant rewiring the whole house, new motion sensors, new door sensors, new everything!!! How can this company quote me over $4,000.00 for an alarm that is already installed in my house?!?!?

I've reached out multiple times via phone and email. He responds sporadically requesting additional time and that he would get back to me. He mentioned that they were a smaller business, so I gave him as much time and opportunity as possible. Almost 6 months later, he as stopped responding to my emails and does not answer my phone calls and I do not have a proposal. I understand if they do not wish to provide service, but do not continually string a potential customer along as if they are interested and will follow through on what they said they will do. I would appreciate the honesty and have more respect for the business for providing the minimal common courtesy and some level of customer service. If this is an indication of the service they would provide, I would say that I dodged a bullet and would encourage any one else to do the same and patronize another business.
