I called Eli and he was at my house the next day installing a Ring doorbell camera and two flood light cameras. Eli is my go-to from now on. highly recommend! read more

Eliel did a really great job. He came to our house & gave us a quote on how much it would cost to install the tv. We really liked that he offered to give a quote upon seeing the job, instead of giving a quote ahead of time without seeing the job. Upon accepting the quote he offered to do the job right away. It took about an hour. The job was performed professionally & very clean! Highly recommend Eliel! read more

Integrity and a fair price. That sentence should say it all, but since no one would accept that as a review I will elaborate. I hired Design AV Systems to: 1. wire my entire house over 3000 sq ft with Ethernet and Coax drops in all six bedrooms, living room and man cave 2. clean up the craptastic disasterpiece of wiring outside my home from 40+ years of cable installs 3. make a single point of access so the cable company won't come out and recreate the previously mentioned cabling nightmare 4. Hang my 55" Plasma TV that weighs approximately 8,000 lbs give or take an ounce and also hang my 65" LED TV. 5. Eli suggested he install a WiFi extender so my wireless signal will cover my entire house and yard (war drivers will get a great signal from the street). Eli and company did a phenomenal job under stressful working conditions. They day I scheduled Design AV I also had a carpenter and his assistant doing demo work, roofers repairing the roof, gardeners cleaning up my yard, three french hens, two turtle doves and a partridge in a pear tree. So things were a bit hectic. I am extremely pleased with the job the Eli did. You may find some one to do the job cheaper but not likely you'll find better. Not that Design AV is expensive I bid the job out to about 5 different companies. His quote was extremely competitive overall and probably the best value for what I got. I highly recommend Design AV Systems and as soon as I can talk my wife into an 80" LED I'll be calling Eli to come back and hang that one too, besides I think the 65" screen would be amazing in the bathroom! read more

Very easy to work with and willing to put in the extra wok to make sure the job is perfect. Very reasonable prices too. Project: Security camera installation I have my own security cameras and needed them installed. So I reached out to 8 companies that were local to me and had very high reviews. None of them would give me the time of day! The response I got consistently was..."We install our own equipment only. Use our equipment or don't bother." Loosing hope at this point...then that one last click of a link...DAV SYSTEMS. This company was a God send. They came out did a walk thru. Gave us very sound and expert recommendation of camera placement. Then I asked again..I have my own cameras will you install it? DAV Systems response..."Of course why not!" Bingo! we got our guy! We setup the appointment for the installation day. During install day (7/28) they pre-checked making sure we knew where the cameras/equipment were going to be installed. They consistently updated us during the install on whats happening. The moment they turned on the monitor...Huge grin on my face seeing the cameras up and running. House secured check! Very satisfied customer check! Customer service and Professionalism top notch. I could not have asked for anything more. Thank you DAV Systems! read more

After purchasing the wrong security cameras at Costco. I found Design AV systems. Eli expertly installed camera, monitor and DVR. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He came in and gave me a great quote. Way leas than what I had paid at Costco. For a unit that was much better. He is very clean and very professional. I also had him come to my home and install a Ring doorbell. I am very pleased with everything he has done for me. I highly recommend this company. read more

Don't look anywhere else, Design AV is the best! I'm a contractor and I've worked with a fair number of AV companies hired by my clients. For my own home, I chose Design AV. I got a great feeling about Eli when he came out to give an estimate ( I interviewed 3 companies). He listened to what I wanted, gave me great suggestions and an elegant solution at fair price. It wasn't flawless, but that wasn't his fault (a manufacturer gave him incorrect codes to program the equipment). He showed up on time, completed the job on time and didn't charge for a couple of things I changed. My system has 4 zones including a home theater/golf simulator set up with a projector in the living room. All speakers are hard wired, inside and out. It was a complete mess. Picture no 1 on the Yelp page was mine. After Eli was done it was beautiful (picture 3). I was able to patch a bunch of holes behind the cabinet where wires were previously located and everything works perfectly. We can watch tv outside and still play music during a party. We can watch tv, dvd, apple tv independently on each tv or watch the same program on all sets. All my AV wishes come true. If you want it done right, give Eli a call. He's the best! read more

I researched about twenty AV companies and finally found a Unicorn. I'm the type of person who always shops around, and when I was shopping to install cameras, a projector screen, and a whole home music system, I started to get the sense that there are two tiers companies: the ones that expect you to have six figures to get what you want in a system (because they try to sell you their "high-end" brands), and the ones that are so low-end you know you're going to hate the work. I finally found Eli and Design AV, who gave me a perfect home system for one quarter of what other companies were asking for, and I honestly couldn't tell the difference in quality (if there is any). He was great in understanding what I was looking for and in talking me out of things I thought I needed but didn't . He knew my budget and found creative solutions and kept parts and labor costs low and even helped me re-used some components that were still good for the job. I love my system, and I know how to use it and I could not recommend him any more highly. Unicorns are real. read more

Called Eli, he was able to come out the same week and install our outdoor speakers and TV! Awesome service - highly recommend!

I cannot he happier with my mounted TVS! Eliel was beyond friendly, responsive, profesional, and skilled. I was pretty indecisive on the new TV that I wanted, and how I wanted to mount it, but he was patient, and offered great suggestions! You cannot go wrong with Eliel's services! read more

I agree with all the other reviews. The service that I received from Eli was exceptional. He is friendly, competent and willing to go the extra mile. He installed our TV on the wall and made all the wiring disappear. He also helped me install a wall-mounted TV stand that I could not figure out on my own. He came with his own vacuum cleaner and made sure to clean up all the work areas. Will definitely call him back for more projects. Thanks again Eli! read more

I had wanted outdoor sound for sometime. Finally able to do so as part of our backyard remodel. Went with Eli not only on reviews but the time he took to understand what I wanted to end up with. He came out, we walked through the site and talked about best options for us. Knowledgeable and patient (I ask a lot of questions) Day of installation they showed up on time ready to not rushing but getting it right. After install he helped with adjusting to what works best. Could not be more satisfied. Feel like a kid on Christmas morning. read more

My experience with DAV was nothing short of great. Eli was very professional and straightforward. Eli's knowledge regarding CCTV was vast. In fact, he taught me things which I did not know, and corrected me on specifics which I did not fully grasp. After speaking with him for a consult, I felt comfortable proceeding with using his services. After the consult, I determined that the cameras I was using were not going to work for my application. I figured that I would simply have to scrap my plan for CCTV at my place. Luckily, Eli went further to explain another option which worked PERFECTLY; again, he taught me a great deal about how these cctv cameras work and in particular the connections needed to make everything happen. I am fairly well versed in techy things in general, but yet again, Eli blew me away with his knowledge. Install day came and he arrived on time and finished on the dot as well. His work was clean and tidy, and he cleaned up well after installation with his own vacuum. Eli knows what he is doing so there are no ifs ands or buts. I am so happy with Eli's services that I will be using him again in the near future for more cameras and other tech stuff. read more

This company helped me a lot and did a great job. I moved into a new house and it was pre-wired with speakers, but I had no idea how to use them. Cables were everywhere. Eli hooked them up to my amplifier/receiver and set it up flawlessly. He and his buddy Ben (who was also super cool) mounted 3 TVs for me and hid all the wires in the walls. They also hooked up my Ring cameras and doorbell and walked me through the set up process. They were super professional and I could also communicate via text message. I definitely recommend this company. Thanks guys! read more

Knowledgeable, Fast, Friendly. Highly recommended for any of your AV system needs. We've been calling several different camera installation folks here on Yelp and couldn't find someone that could understand not only the cameras we purchased but also the installation we needed for our home. Eli came over on a Saturday to take a look at the layout and check-out our equipment and was able to quickly assess his needs for the work. We scheduled an appointment and he worked all day to get our system up and running. Overall great experience with Design AV Systems (and he gave us a Yelp discount. Thank you!) read more

Eli did a great job. My family and I just moved into our new house and the set up was a mess. The living room and master had tons of wiring coming out of the wall. Built in wall speakers weren't functioning as was the camera system. Eli came in and set up our camera system, connected all the speakers into a our new receiver, and cleaned up all of the wiring and put all of the excess back into the wall. Everything functions great and looks even better. Additionally, he helped set up our gate intercom system which he just overheard my wife and I talking about. I didn't even ask him to do it, but he went the extra mile to help us out. He's very friendly, smart and great at his craft. I'll definitely call him for any future jobs I have. read more

I Wanted to have a couple of security cameras installed in my home and contacted Eli with Design AV Systems for an estimate. After comparing three other company's estimates and researched reviews of all companies considered I decided to hire Design AV, and I'm very happy I did. After installation there were a few bugs to work out but Eli returned a few times to ensure the system worked perfectly. Also, he has always been available by phone to discuss any issues I had to troubleshoot. In short, Design AV Systems provided a more than fair estimate and stands behind their work.
