Great communications, easy and clear payment, and the experience and care to do a wonderful job. And it was such a good deal - I gladly paid for quality, care, and expertise. He made sure the wall brackets used the proper anchors and at least two big bolts were in wall studs. The mounts he uses are high quality, and he gives options of good, great, and super fancy. I'm having him back to replace some in-wall speakers.

This was a complete disaster from start to finish. The installer who showed up was not the person I…read morewas told would be doing the job. He came completely unprepared, couldn't communicate with me, and spent most of the day FaceTiming his boss just to figure out what to do. I was clear that one large cut would be needed to install the One Connect box for a Frame TV -- but he didn't check for studs or fire blocks before cutting. He ended up making two massive, unnecessary holes, one of which cut into a supporting stud connected to a structural beam, and another that cut through a fire block with no plan to restore it to code. I had to step in using my own construction knowledge, and he had to leave mid-job to go buy code-compliant sealant after the damage was already done. Since I wouldn't allow him to make any more cuts, he had to fish a wire through my walls and into my closet to get power -- something that could have easily been avoided with proper preparation. He stayed for over 8 hours, didn't cover any of my furniture, and left drywall dust all over my home. I had to stop what I was doing midway through just to pull coverings over my furniture so nothing else would get ruined. I even had to provide him with PPE and a cutting tool because he came without either. Then someone from his team called me during the job to try and tack on an extra $50 for an outlet -- something I had already brought up and clarified over email. The communication was a joke: no email signature, no logo, no website, no professionalism whatsoever. To top it all off, the patch job was horrendous. I'll have to spend nearly as much as I spent on the TV itself just to have a professional come in and repair the wall properly. This was negligent, unskilled, and totally unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs. You'll spend more fixing their mistakes than getting the actual job done.

At this point we contacted the boss Chris and asked to please send someone else. Instead Carlos contacted us 20 minutes later to say he was on his way! We told him we cancelled it, he hung up, told Chris we were very rude and Chris told us to find another tv mounting company. Bottom line: this company defends its employees and is willing to send them to you even after they lie to you.

Found Shlomi on yelp, gave him a call and off the bat we could tell why he is so highly reviewed!…read moreHe was extremely knowledgeable and solved some of our main concerns we had for our upcoming move. We needed four OLED TVs mounted, and my husband was concerned about waiting to get them up given how thin they are. Shlomi offered to "private escort" our TVs, which included removing all four of them for the cost of what it would have run us for movers' insurance and boxes. He removed them all extremely quickly, drove them to our new house, and installed them on the walls before we even moved in, all for a super fair price. Shlomi is a really nice, chill guy, he's fully insured, and he's an electrician, so he does a lot of other services. We are definitely going to have him do some other things in our home. Highly recommend Shlomi, 10 out of 10.

Project #2: Samsung Frame installation in our kitchen I hired Shlomi with a specific idea for how I wanted the Frame mounted. He listened, was completely willing to do it my way, and then expertly walked me through why a different approach would work better. He wasn't pushy about it; he just knew his stuff, explained it clearly, and let me make the call. I'm glad I went with his recommendation. A few things that stood out (again): - He installed the entire Frame while I was on a work call. When my call ended, he was already finished, the TV was up, and everything was clean. Zero damage, zero mess, zero disruption. - The same patience and lack of ego from the doorbell project carried over. He could have just done it his way from the start, but he respected that I had a plan and earned his way into changing it. - The result looks exactly like the Frame is supposed to look: flush, clean, like art on the wall. He's earned two installs of loyalty from me, and there will be a third, fourth, and fifth.
