Fortunately, Sierra from corporate reached out after I raised concerns. They were very kind, professional, and apologetic, and helped us mediate the issue. That effort and understanding meant a lot and helped turn the situation around. I hope the company can kind John a different role that does not require him to interact with customers.

You think that he would write it down the day, etc. Consumers beware. They only keep videos for 14 days. So anybody that knows about the system and knows it.
