I called Sicard Trailer Service and was told I could bring it in immediately. I received a call a few hours later saying the trailer was ready. Turns out the brakes had not been adjusted properly by the axle manufacturer. When I picked up the trailer the brake operation was thoroughly explained and the cost was reasonable for this last minute work. I found everyone to be professional, friendly, and patient with all my questions. Bottom line: I was able to take my grandson on a fun trip and towed the trailer roughly 1,000 miles without any problems.
