I called one company I knew and I had to keep calling and calling back to get an estimate. After two weeks of waiting, I decided to call someone else and stumbled upon Johnston Roofing. Charlie came over and wrote me up an estimate on the spot on a pre-printed multi part yellow form -- warranty included (did I mention old school?), I just went with them without waiting for the other estimate because he said he could do the job the next day, max two days. Well, that solves my problem right away so I go for it without even getting the other estimate. His guys come, the job is neat and clean--no more leaks and done in one day. I have a nice new white colored roof which is greener too. Five days later, I get the estimate from the other guys and it was way more complicated and expensive. Guess I'm lucky the other guys took so long.

I had another Contractor take a look, and was informed that the roof in certain areas needed flashing. I will never do business with this Company again. I had to get another person to speak with him. My Roof is still under warranty, but I will not be yelled at and disrespted again (if he has to come back because I still have a leaks). A warranty should always be honored. No customer should ever be treated in a hostile manner! I paid alot of money, and did not yell or disrespect him because of his pricing. Never again.

There were cracks throughout. Arbi and his father inspected the whole space and were able to diagnose the problem. Arbi and his team worked efficiently and did a beautiful job. Cleanest stucco work and roofing I've ever seen. We've had a few heavy rains since and it's holding up beautifully. Arbi was very easy to communicate with and was responsive throughout the whole process. I'll definitely reach out to them for my roofing/waterproofing/stucco needs in the future. As a first-time homebuyer experiencing an ongoing leak, I weighed my options for a roof repair with several roofing contractors. What stood out about Jon and his team was their positive reviews and responsiveness. An estimator came to my home in less than 12 hours for a free quote and more importantly, provided insight to where the water was coming from and options to remedy the problem. Based on my conversations I decided to go with a small, repair job. When the roofers began their work, the situation evolved into something more serious. Inside I feared this all along: that a repair would only delay the water from eventually coming back into the house. And that's when I talked it over in person with Jon.
