The service is very casual. Once you are ready to order you go up to the front to put in your order and pay. A staff member will deliver the food to your table. Although the staff were very kind and friendly, we did notice that once the food arrived, no one came by to check on us. We were never once offered a water refill nor were our empty dishes cleared even though we had long finished our meal. I ordered the fish tacos and our table got salsa and guacamole to share. The guacamole was very fresh and tasty, we all enjoyed it. The salsa was watery so we didn't enjoy it as much. The chips were delicious but a little over baked. The tacos were absolutely delicious and I would get them again. I added some of the fixings from their toppings bar which made it even better. The portions are great for the price. 4 tacos for $17!
