I started watching their videos and what I saw was a knowledgeable, fun, approachable couple. They had so much great information. I narrowed our search down to Port Hueneme mainly because it's one of the most affordable coastal communities in California. I talked to my husband and we agreed to give them a try. We met with them and they were lovely, very knowledgeable and relatable just like what I saw on YouTube. After a few times of looking at properties we found a townhome complex we loved just 2 miles from the beaches and close enough to walk to the Channel Islands harbor. The only catch was the unit we liked was under contract. Well, Bart and Keziah showed us many other units in that complex and took us to lots of other places in Port Hueneme and Oxnard. Those places just weren't for us. They sent out postcards and put up flyers in the complex we wanted, they are very proactive. It took 14 months but Bart and Keziah were very patient and gracious with us. As soon as the unit floor plan in the complex we wanted went on the market, Bart and Keziah showed it to us and quickly put together an offer for us. The townhome we wanted went under contract quickly and closed smoothly. We had such a great experience with them that we wanted them to be our listing agents when selling our home in West Hills. Keziah, also being a Real Estate appraiser, was invaluable here because our home needed a lot of work and she was able to guide us into the right repairs that would satisfy any requirements that a buyers appraiser or lender would want done to secure a loan on the property. She also helped us see which repairs would add more value and which were not really needed. That was extremely helpful. With their expert guidance our West Hills property went under contract in a few weeks and we closed quickly at a higher price than we were expecting.
