This is to sincerely thank and commend Jana Scarborough for navigating us through two recent home…read moresales in two very different markets. One home sale was due to the passing of my father in July 2022, where his home is a beautiful mid-century modern home located in Ventura and the other is our 2017 Spanish style home located in Templeton and that sale due to our following my father's belief that family always comes first. Jana was recommended to us from a childhood friend of mine who I trust. She said that Jana was honest, trustworthy and would make sure everything would be handled to completion in the most professional manner to sell both of these homes. Jana listened and understood the emotion of selling my childhood home. Jana listened and understood the reasons why we would also be selling our home. She knew what we were ultimately trying to accomplish which was to purchase a new home build in Hollister so that we could be closer to our new Grandson, Hayden and my daughter and son-in-law. With Jana's expertise she walked us through the process, she answered questions, she staged my father's home to the period of the home and gave us pointers on staging our home. Jana guided us through inspections and repairs needed finding references who were reliable, timely and competent so that all City requirements were followed to completion. Jana handled the Open Houses and viewings of both homes in Ventura and Templeton. Jana was available early in the morning to late at night answering a text or answering a call, whatever was needed, she was there for me, and for us. For various reasons, not everything went perfect, but because Jana was calm and confident, we knew we were in good hands and she'd help us work through what needed to be done and close escrow on schedule. In Jana, we found not only a great Realtor, but now a good friend and someone we can highly recommend without hesitation. We now have both homes sold, will be moving to Hollister when our new home is completed April 2023, and we will be 6 minutes from Hayden! When it's time to sell your home, call Jana, she'll be there for you too!
