Skyline Property Management: Six Stars - They Deliver!…read more Several years ago, as neophytes to being 'landlords', we took the recommendation of a real estate agent/friend and hired Skyline. Robert & Christy walked us through what we needed to do to prepare our rental, advised us on pricing, advertised and screened applicants for us, negotiated the rental contract and then managed the property once tenants were 'in'. They were professional, thorough and made the entire process EASY! Recently we have also seen Skyline in action from the renter's perspective when our son contacted them about an apartment they were managing. Again, Skyline's Robert & Christy were the consummate professionals. They put my son at ease and were straightforward about the process, the documents they needed, and their expectations once my son qualified for the rental. They have been quick to respond to needed repairs and are always available to answer questions. They are compassionate people who really enjoy their work! I recommend Skyline Property Management to landlords and renters. They are the real deal!

We showed up without an appointment and after sitting down with Realtor Mike Moss to discuss what…read morewe were looking for in buying a house in SLO, hired him as our agent. Mike was very patient working with us as we were not yet focused on a specific area in the county. After many months and trips to view potential houses in Los Osos, Morro Bay and SLO, we finally narrowed the focus on SLO City. We then toured various neighborhoods until we found a couple of areas to really focus on. Mike was patient, thoughtful and helpful all throughout this process and when we found the house for us, he was instrumental in our plan of making a successful offer and getting us through escrow. Can't say enough about Mike and how professional and personable he was throughout the process. He made the stressful process of finding and buying a home so much easier! This realtor does not fix house appliances when regular maintenance is required (ice maker, dish disposal, etc.), communicate in a calm and direct manner, or know how to do math. She managed to mix myself and another one of her tenants up when giving back house deposits which ended up in me being shorted $1,000. Her solution to this problem was not to correct the problem she caused, but told that other tenant and myself to "venmo each other to make it right ourselves." However, this was not a problem caused by us and should not had to have been solved by us.

I am so grateful for Blue Horizon, Rob, Jessica, and the landscapers and repair men. They even left me a care package upon move-in with popcorn, games, and a $15 gift card to a nearby restaurant!
