A few days later, I started getting automated emails saying it had been leased. When I finally managed to get someone on the phone again, they confirmed it was off the market. If they allow people to rent sight-unseen, they should have been transparent about that from the start. Better yet, don't post a property for rent if it's not actually available for people to view. It feels like the staff member I spoke with deliberately held it for someone specific instead of giving everyone a fair shot. Completely unfair, terrible communication, and a total waste of time.
