Stu knew the area and was well versed in the benefits of the area. The photo's of the condo as well as the amenities looked great! He kept me informed every step of the way. I received an emailed report after each open house as well a personal report from Stu. When offers didn't immediately pour in, he explained my worries away. In the middle of trying to beat the foreclose deadline, my best friend got seriously ill and subsequently passed away. During this time I had let Stu know I was either at the hospital or work so when signatures were needed he came to me. There was a problem during the home inspection so Stu called me to let me know what I had to get done-he paused, then said 'let me handle this for you' and he did. He was a blessing in disguise. When all was said and done I felt as positive as I did the day i walked into their offices. And yes! They were able to hold off the foreclosure and get my property sold!!! i recently ran into Anthony and he asked how things were going with my circumstances. He remembered specifics details and had hoped that all was well. Mind you, this is months later and he still remembered! As with most busy people, we procrastinate about getting some back burner items done. I thought village was really nice, clean, high quality offices and building, good location, large staff but not too large, they have a good reputation in the local community from what we gathered around town. It turns out she was born and raised in Santa Barbara from generations back so she really was able to give us a lot of information and an insiders view of locations, history, good investments, etc. On top of that, her credentials, training, background, etc. were like no other agent we had worked with before, which was refreshing. We've worked with a lot of real estate companies over the years throughout the USA and I think it really speaks highly of a company when they hire well trained, quality agents, with degrees and certificates, who, most importantly, are locals that stay in touch with the local community.
