It's with sadness that I write this negative review as I have used this cleaner for over 22 years…read more Because of sentimental reasons, I often overlooked little glitches like broken buttons or persisting stain, torn shirts etc. However, the last incident broke the back of the camel. I had two separate trousers dropped off by two separate people who work for me. However I had only one item that was delivered back. When I called the ValuClean, the gentleman who works at the front answered and refused to listen to me. He claimed that my daughter had picked up one of the trousers (my daughter has been away and never been to this cleaner), accused me of being crazy, said he had other customers and yelled that he did not have time for me and hung up the phone. I called back and the same thing happened. I eventually got the owner on the phone and we sorted out what the confusion was . It turns out that the same house help person works for two families and she picked up my item thinking that it belonged to the other family, Though the owner apologized to me on my ask, on behalf of the employee, we will not come back to this merchant-one who treats its 20+ year long customer this way.

They also do pick up and drop off for us, and with the amount of chaos going on in my house all the time it helps a great deal. They offer a drop off service that she'll do your clothes for you while at work. I don't think she understood what I was saying but she was very friendly and nice. It's $2:50 for a small wash and $4.00 for medium, I didn't use the big one so I can't say how much it cost. The dryers are .25, and for $1.00 my clothes dried in about 30 minutes. If they don't fix my buildings laundry room I will definitely come back too wash more clothes. Couldn't give five stars because I thought that having to spend $4.00 on a machine was high but I think that is the going rate as this time. The last time I washed clothes machines were $1.75 for a small load. Here you have to buy a refillable card to get the machines to work.
