The problem has always been reliability. I've made countless wasted trips because my alterations weren't finished when promised. Today was the last straw. I waited an extra three weeks beyond the promised date. After waiting more than 30 minutes for him to return to the shop, I learned my clothes still hadn't been altered. Instead of apologizing, he said, "I'm 70 and I don't give an F." That ended it for me. Especially since he likely isn't even doing most of the tailoring himself anymore.
