And not only that, they cleaned all the tile, grout, and glass surround. Pete was meticulous. He did an even better color-matching job of the caulk than what was there originally.He also found some areas under the entrance to the shower stall that had never been caulked. You had to lay on the floor and look up under the doorway to the shower to be able to see it, and he found it and fixed it. Their service isn't cheap, but you know what they say, you get what you pay for. With The Grout Medic you get MORE than what you pay for! I highly recommend them.

The person actually doing the repair was late, but communicated well and did good work. However, during the repair, the man shattered one of our tempered glass shower shelves. He went to a store and had to order a custom one that he promised to come back and install in a couple of days. After weeks of promising "tomorrow", he never showed and blocked me. I called Dennis directly, and he promised to send the guy out twice.... and the man never showed. Then Dennis promised to come and repair it himself... and also never showed nor communicated. I have given this company every benefit of the doubt and they've constantly failed to uphold their own promises. At this point, I'm done. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He provided us with an estimate that was a good price. He called us the following day and scheduled the work to be completed a few days later. The work was completed by his son, Mark. Like father, like son, he was also very knowledgeable and kind.
