We decided to go with GF because of their all 5-star reviews. I contacted Gino for an estimate and…read morehad a few questions for the work to be done. He was straight forward and guaranteed us he would do his best to make our bathrooms look brand new. We can attest that Gino and Tom provide great customer service and high-quality work. We recently moved into an apartment and the bathrooms were hideous. Brown stuff and whatever else that grows onto tile and caulking was there. For this reason, I did not feel comfortable for any of my family members (especially our LO) to use the bathrooms. Tom came out explained what he would do with my husband and proceeded to work meticulously and efficiently to sterilize, clean, recaulk, and do some grout repair in some areas. I was not present when the work was done due to social distancing and caring for my LO at our condo. Gino even agreed to caulk around the toilets for free. We are now settled in our apt and feel our bathrooms are safe to use and no longer a health hazard. I highly recommend GF but you can already see that with their 5-star streak. Thank you Gino and Tom!

He came to our home, provided a detailed quote, and took the time to explain the Sir Grout process. His knowledge gave us complete confidence in moving forward. Jonathan G. completed the work, and he was absolutely exceptional. He arrived on time, reviewed the work order with me, and clearly explained what he would be doing. He was courteous, professional, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. Jonathan repaired the caulking and grout in our shower, bathroom floor, and around our double sinks, and the results are amazing. Everything looks like new! He completed the work within the timeframe he promised, thoroughly cleaned the work area before leaving, and paid close attention to every detail. I was genuinely overjoyed with both the quality of the work and the entire customer experience. Julian and Jonathan make an outstanding team, and their commitment to customer service and craftsmanship is evident. I wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend Sir Grout Chicago to anyone looking to restore their tile and grout. You won't be disappointed!
