Our kitchen is really beautiful and we are really pleased with the quality of work. He's really enthusiastic about kitchens, and it reflects in the final product. When we first met with Vince, he thoroughly explained the process and timeline involved with refacing vs replacing our cabinets. He had great suggestions for our kitchen. He even helped me convince my husband that our kitchen was outdated and was in dire need of upgrading, hehe. Since we signed with him on the day that we met, we got a great deal on our renovations. He has been honest and has been very communicative. Almost every time I've called him, he has picked up the phone or called back within a few hours. He has kept us in the loop regarding repairs. His subcontractor, Jerry, also called us regularly to let us know of the progress. I would highly recommend Vince for refacing your cabinets.

Our experience with the Kitchen Master has been fantastic. We had them rework our master bathroom…read more We couldn't be more happy with the results and the five year warranty is something you just don't find anywhere else. Several years ago, our house caught fire by a lightning strike and to make a long story short, the builder hired to rebuild it came up short on the quality and workmanship side of things. My wife and I were not happy with the results they left us with, so we hired a different company to come in and "fix" the bath. I won't name them, but they were even worse than the builders we originally had. So at this point we had an unusable master bath that was worked on twice and cost us thousands of dollars. We found the Kitchen Master and liked what we saw on their web page so we contacted them to help us with our hopeless master bath once and for all. From our first meeting with our designer, Anna, everything just went unbelievably smoothly. She guided us through all of our selection choices and helped us to pick out the items we were on the fence about, right in their showroom. The actual demolition and re-construction work was completed by Josh. We've dealt with quite a few contractors over the years and unfortunately, most of them we were not happy with but Josh was terrific. A professional through and through, he had the knowledge to get the work done quickly and at a high level of quality. Everything that was done, all the tile work, the custom glass shower and the installation of our new vanity counter looks absolutely amazing. His attention to detail was remarkable and the work he did to get things done right, did not go unnoticed by us. Tom our project manager, always kept us up to date with scheduling the work, and was in constant contact with us to let us know what would happen with the job at any given time. He was a great point of contact and never failed to answer our questions and return our calls or emails. We always knew what was happening with our remodel and never felt out of the loop in any way. Everyone we worked with at the Kitchen Master treated us with respect and put us at ease with their knowledge and level of professionalism. From the start we felt like we were in good hands. If and when we decide to remodel another bathroom, we will not hesitate to call on them. It's nice to finally feel like we've found a high quality team to work with that we can trust. Thank you Kitchen Master!

Family gatherings are much easier with all the room for food and drinks and people. It's truly the gathering space! We got rid of the outdated desk and made the space functional again by adding cabinets and a space for a coffee station. The built-in wine rack, corner lazy susan and pull out utensil cabinet are also favorite features. The customer service is top-notch. They were transparent about cost and project timeline and worked with us to achieve exactly what we desired within our budget. When we had a few hiccups in the process which happens with any major project, they were ready with solutions that exceeded my expectations. They were clean and respectful of our home, always tidying up at the end of the day. They conducted a final walk through of the finished kitchen to ensure it met our satisfaction. I had investigated several other options and am happy we went with Bob and his team. I look forward to working with them on other projects and recommend their services.

okay, I'll update here since they finally installed the small granite piece for my stove backsplash…read moreand accommodated my request for first thing in the am. The 3 guys who arrived called ahead 20 min, and were super careful to measure thrice and keep measuring and using a level as the piece dried. I felt very confident watching their concern to get the piece on the backsplash in an attractive and straight manner. They could not have been more professional. I'll say it once and say it again: when you deal with the salespeople at The Granite Corporation (that's their real name not "Granite") you kind of doubt that they have a clue about what they're selling. I don't know what will happen and it takes too long for them to finish up a sale, even though they mean well. However, when the measure & install team shows up, those are the people who really know what they're doing. They are top pros. I asked Sam, my sales person, how are they going to make sure the glue holds on a vertical application, and she did not know. I asked her if I should cover my stove, and she said, don't worry (of course, I did). When they showed up, they scored the back of both my backsplash and the new piece, so more glue would be applied. They applied glue all around the perimeter (not visable). They taped the piece in place and I put a spongy rug on my stove (just in case). They said, glue sets in 10 minutes and they held it that long, and it is good to go in a couple hours when I can take off tape. I would have liked to know that there would be a little granite dust in my kitchen ahead of time, to have removed everything from countertops, but they did hold up a vacuum while they scored my backsplash, so I cannot say that I see any dust (besides my own). They scored the new piece outside my house. The treasure here is the cutting, measuring & install team. They are premium craftsmen, very experienced and know how to communicate with the public. They're the ones who should be selling the granite!

Moved from the…read moreNW suburbs so I thought I'd give the job of my new countertop, sink and backsplash to someone local. Gave rough estimates to Kasia, we selected a quartz and waited to have the final measurements done prior to fabrication. No calls, no information we called several times the day before to be told we never confirmed after they left messages. Now we're pushed back a week. We confirmed that we will be home all day, however, again no one shows up! Another week goes by, we call the day before, and that morning and yes, we're on the schedule. They measure, and we'll have new cabinets the following week. Nope no install no calls, only after I call to find out that the piece we selected was too small. When I asked for my money back, because you have to pay in full to get on the schedule, that they don't do any returns but would consider it but it would cost me $250. At this point we decided they already have our money, so we go to select a granite, which Kasia says is cheaper, but still costs us another $100. The cut the piece, come out to install it, (3 weeks later) and on May 10th we get our cabinets delivered and installed. They look gorgeous, however when they measured the back splash flush against our in wall mirrored medicine cabinet so there isn't enough room for anyone to put their hand between the backsplash and the cabinets to open the doors. We call Kasia again to be told that for them to come out remove the piece would be $500 but if my husband removes it, delivers to them they would have it done in 1 day no charge. That was 3 days ago, and it's still not done. I'm even concerned about posting this until I have the backsplash returned, which we have to pick up and install ourselves, at risk of having our backsplash held hostage. I'm only posting so I can possibly help 1 person from making an error in purchasing from them.
