My chai with their in house almond milk was the bees knees! I opted for the cayenne on this cold day and it was served piping hot. I like my drinks hot, and they don't do lukewarm b.s. over here! I come back here every couple of months hoping for a better experience. The barista's always make me feel like an inconvenience (I order simple drinks). This is a totally chill little coffee shop that I always seem to wind up in whenever I visit Ogden with my hubby (about once a year). The plan is he drops me off on 25th Street and then goes out to make calls on his customers, and I roam around and end up spending most of my time right here, sipping on some good coffee and relaxing either upstairs or downstairs. I am from Portland Oregon and think I can fairly judge a good cup of coffee. This coffee was awful! I can't believe I said 'I should have gone to Starbucks'. Their coffee Not only tasted like it had been badly burned but also tasted as if the grounds had been reused and they used old dishwater for the water source. DONT GO HERE! read more

It passes for a coffee place but every time I have gone the coffee is just so so. The Downtown location is the best, if your up on Harrison don't waste your time. Instead head to Cafe Ville Bella down the road by Weber State. This place is crawling with tiny boppers who are annoying as hell. I do not recommend Grounds. read more

Not a bad coffee shop. Pretty much like any other with soothing music in a typical coffee shop. There's a bunch of seating inside the shop, upstairs and the main floor. They also have a chalkboard just in case you get bored or have kids with you :) read more

WORST customer service I have ever had. The girl that was working was walking around talking on her phone while I stood waiting for someone to help me then the other 2 in the back were talking NO ONE not a single employee said one word to us while we just stood waiting to order then she walks up grabs something sees us standing there ignores us still on the phone and It was a personal call finally after standing around for 5 minutes we decide to leave and when we get to the door she goes oh sorry ?????? Are you kidding me? I would avoid this coffee shop if you can! And if one of the employees sees this here is some words of advice ....next time just acknowledge that the customer is standing there!!!! Ridiculous read more

I asked for a cheesecake frappuccino they gave me a cappuccino instead I told them they must've misheard me she offered to remake the drink for me, she put no flovoriving in this one so I payed $5.99 for blended coffee and ice I also received an email confirming my payment and found I was charged for syrup and whipped cream, they only asked me if I liked whipped cream and I responded with "yes" I did not say I wanted it on my coffee and I was not told I'd be charged for it. read more

First time there, but I'll definitely be going back. Super friendly service at the drive through, quick, and the coffee was great. I had a large black coffee and it was the most flavorful coffee I've ever had, without even a touch of bitterness. So smooth, and not at all like the nastiness Starbucks serves up. Amazing drip coffee, fantastic espresso and drinks and the best hot tea selection and flavor around. I work on 25th and come here easily 3-4 times a week for coffee and tea. Best part about it is the employees though. Friendly and smart batistas that know how to make good drinks quickly. The best coffee around! Most of the staff are some of the friendliest people you'll meet. Great atmosphere inside, a little kids corner if ever you need to bring them with you, but overall, a very relaxing coffee shop to do what you need to do. Also, Sadie, the owner, does amazing things for her customers and community. Ask a regular customer about her or ask one of the baristas about her and you'll find out how much good she does. This coffee shop goes beyond more than just coffee, but you'll have to stop in and see it all for yourself. read more

I have been enjoying this coffee shop for many years, and I come here almost every day that I work. My experience has always been consistent. I feel very welcomed here, and I love that this location makes their own almond milk and pumpkin sauce for drink flavoring. Also, Jenny, who runs the bake shop makes the MOST incredible deserts. There's a few of these around in Utah and decided to give this place a shot. Walking in I was welcomed with a warm smile, the decor is nice, and the mood is welcoming. Ordered an iced espresso. They have truvia and splenda so kudos for having both options. The iced espresso was smooth and bold. Really enjoyed my drink and definitely a place to hit up if you're anti Starbucks and Beans & Brew. read more
