Ok but you rang it up, didn't ask anyone so how's then did you know you didnt have two of the six things you have on the menu? We then ordered house coffee which she then began writing our name on plastic drink cups. When we told her, those are regular coffees right? She said no your ordered iced. My girlfriend said NO, I ordered coffee and I said, "I'll have a coffee too". I never said iced ether and she threw a fit. We said you know what, make it 2 Togo coffees. She gave my girlfriend that leaked the entire time and the bottom of the cup was saturated like it was going to fall apart anytime. She has no business being in a customer service role. Not sure what her issue was. Was it we weren't regulars? Because if so, as a small business-good luck growing your business catering only to your 20-30 regulars. They have various cup size options, I went with the 40 oz Large. If you go into the store, there are mini disposable cups for you to sample the tea - unlimited samples! I got 2 teas for me and my husband to share - blueberry green and rootbeer (!). They also have free fruit add in's - lemon, orange, lime and maraschino cherries. Cost for two large teas during their happy hour (2-4 pm) was $3.98. That's about 60 cents more per tea than quick trip, but you get more fun flavors and fruit add-in's. Great selection of sweet and un-sweetened options, and even some "secret menu" options. Sonic's happy hour for a large is $1.44, but fruit add-in's would be extra. First, before you go, you sign up and pay for a two hour time slot on their website. This helps keep it from overcrowding. 1 adult is free with each kid. You'll also have to sign a waiver online once you pay. (we watched a family come in who didn't know this, and the person working was extremely kind and helped walk them through how to do it; she also let them stay for the next session, which seemed very accommodating.) Bring your own socks for the kids AND adults, or buy a pair there (they were very cute, honestly!) Because it is a new location, the toys, puzzles, climbing structure, etc were all in great condition and offered so many options for each age group. There is also an infant area that is separated from the main play area but still allows you to see everything. It's not a huge space, but there was plenty of room for our group of 5 kids and 3 adults plus a few other families , with a variety of places to sit or to eat a snack or get a drink from their reasonably priced snack bar.
