So it's kind of hard to review places like this, but there are certain key factors I look for. Look for friendly staff, clean facility, fully stocked shelves, and clean, accurate and available gas pumps. First off this location is in a good spot. It's right off the highway which is very needed. Parking is ample, and you do have other choices, then gas station food. They recently put in a Mr. Goodcents next-door, and you also have dunkin donuts in there. With that being said, the facility was clean however, there wasn't really much stuff to get excited about. Although the shelves were stocked, the prices weren't listed and I don't like that. If I'm going to buy some thing, I want to know how much it cost before I get up to the register I'm not trying to die a sticker shock when the register goes off. Secondly, I was never greeted by the staff. No hello, may I help you, nothing. With a gas station of this size and with it being a trucker Respite, you simply can't assume that people know what's inside the store and where everything is. so greeting people is a good way to get your customers to be excited about coming in and if they want to know where something is, they can ask you. I wandered around for 10 minutes looking for the bathroom, because I really had to go and when no one acknowledged my presence, I just turned around and walked out. I went into the Mr. Goodcents right next-door and found the bathroom in that facility and used it. As I stated before gas stations are one of the hardest things to review on because you're never supposed to be there long, but you do want to at least be given the few essential treatments so that you'll remember it when you're on the road and need somewhere to stop for gas or a quick bite to eat or just to take a break from being behind the wheel. This gas station will not stick out in my mind simply because it was very mediocre in how it treated its customers and the lack of pricing on products is a dealbreaker for me. Unless I'm in emergency situation for gas, I will not be back.

They have a full service shop, a CAT Scale, fuel bays, a fair amount of reserved and free parking. Indoors, they have a well stocked convenience store with trucking supplies, fried and baked foods near the registers. Down the hall they have a local deli that serves sub sandwiches and pasta dishes, and they also have a small IHop restaurant. They also have a driver lounge with nice seating and flatscreen TV, showers and laundry facilities. My favorite thing about this place, and the main reason why I'm writing this review is the people here. The service I received at IHop, and from the girls at the front counter was exceptional! My questions about parking and fuel points for purchases were met with a friendly, professional answer, and when my TA App didn't process something just right, I was walked over to the kiosk and then helped at the register. Customer service is so important, and I appreciate those at this TA that actually care about our experience here! Thank you!

This was the rest stop closest so we pulled over and I have to say I was pretty impressed. I walked in with our kiddo, and it was honestly one of the cleanest rest stops I've ever stopped in. It was so well maintained, well lit, etc. It felt very safe to stop here after dark, and the restrooms were some of the best I've seen on the road lately. We didn't eat here but I noticed there were some locals eating at an attached eatery inside, which made me feel like this must be a popular little spot to stop into.
