I ordered delivery from here. They were fast. The mac and cheese arrived piping hot, which was impressive. It was packaged in an aluminum dish, with an additional plastic packaging so it retained heat super well. However, it was watery and soupy. It didn't have any bread crumbs or much of a baked topped layer and was pretty flavorless. Very underwhelming. I enjoyed the mozzarella sticks. The order came with 6 or 7 sticks and they were crispy and tasted great with the thick marinara sauce for dipping. They had lots of options for customizing their fries. I went with the option to add parmesan and truffle oil. The truffle flavor was nice and strong but they were a little light on the parmesan. The fries were also a bit soggy but that's always a risk when ordering for delivery. read more

We went here for the nightlife. It's a laid back, cool location. At least when we went. Not too much going on. Just people having a good time listening to good music. They do offer hookah. We didn't try any of the food. The ladies were nice and on top of the drinks. I would suggest stopping by. read more

I saw a review comparing Groovy's Pizza to bowling alley pizza, and honestly, they weren't wrong. The pizza was pretty basic, nothing special. Soggy crust and bland flavor. Our server walked up to the table, didn't say a word, just stared at us until we ordered. Wings and drinks were fine, but nothing that would make me want to come back. It's definitely a tourist trap, so locals, beware. read more

My friends and I wanted to sit somewhere and watch the NBA finals game after dinner. Our friends suggested this place and we pulled up, sat inside on their comfy couches, and ordered drinks. The game was broadcasted on several TVs throughout the bar and the waiter was attentive to make sure we were comfortable as we watched the game. Unfortunately, the AC vent started to drip condensation every 20 min or so but the staff was ready with a rag and pole to reach the water and wipe it off so we could continue enjoying the game. Took a chance on this place on Uber Eats. The chicken wings were amazing. Crispy and totally hit the spot. I only wish there was more blue cheese and hot sauce. The chicken fingers also came super crispy. Wish I could have subbed the honey mustard for some hot sauce, but still totally tender and satisfying crunchy large strips of chicken. My experience with Groovy's was anything but. Pizza Review Only! I've been working out of a building right next to Groovy's, so when we decided on staying later than usual, we figured we'd grab a pizza to fuel up for the next few hours. The dude taking our order wasn't the most helpful or friendly when we hit him with some questions and recommendation requests. We ended up going pretty simple with a mushroom and pepperoni pie. It was just okay. It seemed just a slight step above a higher-end frozen pizza or nationwide delivery chain. It was also much more expensive. When you consider that there is an AMAZING pizza place a few blocks away--Mister 01's--I would never suggest anyone chose this instead. To be fair, i'm only rating the pizza here, as I said above. I'm sure as a hookah bar, the place seems like it might be cool but that's not what we came in for. So if you're looking for a nice night out, maybe get your groove on over here. But if you're looking for a good pizza that warrants the high cost, take a walk a few blocks down the road. read more

Our "server" was Angel and he was an........angel to say the least. My husband and I are from out of town and our experience was really amazing. He was accommodating, gave great customer service and knowledgeable. I will definitely come again and recommend this to anyone! Giving 5 stars for the service. Our friend left his wallet on the table and the waiter snagged it and gave to the manager for safe keeping. He was able to pick it up the next day and was thankful for a honest business! The beers were cold but would have liked more options. Had the fettuccine alfredo and the linguine with white clam sauce, which should be called "sham" sauce. Decent service but the pasta dishes are not good at all and I dont recommend. Easy to please but my wife sent her alfredo dish back. Calamari was the frozen kind out of bag at the grocery store, not worth the $13 at all. Very friendly hostess on the positive side. read more

I Stop over here because it was a great place to watch the game (world cup) they had conformable sofa and great chair outside they had big TV inside and outside so everybody was watching the game. Im so glad these place stay open during quarantine. They did an amazing job staying strong for their community. I come these place very often cause is very close of my house in a convenient location on lincoln rd The staff is very friendly, nothing compared to the bar next to. I'm a local, living 4 blocks away : I have eaten there a dozen times. Never again. Tonight my son fell and scrapped his knee. I go to the restaurant and ask politely if I may have a paper bar napkin. Their response was to charge me $1 for ONE paper napkin. How on earth does someone do that? It was Sunday March 14th at 9pm ... please don't keep that manager employed long than a week. HORRIBLE! Ordered 3 entrees & one shrimp skewer. The server brought out the entree instead of just the skewer. When corrected he claims we couldn't order that because it's not on the menu. Then after saying he would remove it from the bill we paid. He then chased us down the block saying we were short $10 which I know was a lie because I counted it 3 times. I also watched him in the window count it correctly and then take out the 10 which ironically was the same 10 he had taken off the bill. Stay away from this place. The food was subpar, the drinks were horrible (sent back) and the staff is conniving. read more

I wasn't very hungry when I stopped by at this place so I decided to order just chicken tenders that comes with fries. It was warm and fresh. I have no complaints with that. However, make sure to proofread your bill before your fall into the extra tip trap cause they charge the gratuity in advance and when the final bill comes to you to sign, there is another tip field that I am sure many people write something there without realizing. But much later, we were told none of that was possible -- no explanation, no effort to fix the situation. When we raised our concerns, the manager was arrogant and dismissive, saying "Oh, I didn't see that," and made no attempt to apologize. Meanwhile, we watched other (non-Asian) guests being treated with courtesy, checked on regularly, and served drinks promptly. We ordered a juice that never arrived -- even by the time we left. I left the restaurant feeling discriminated against, disrespected, and completely unwelcome. This was not just bad service -- it felt blatantly racist. I've never written a review like this before, but this crossed the line. I strongly urge management to take this seriously -- train your staff, and treat all guests equally, regardless of race. I won't be returning, and I suggest others think twice before supporting a business that tolerates this kind of behavior.

The "small" drinks were about 12 oz and cost $25 each--and they were extremely watered down. My friend ordered a Long Island Iced Tea, and I had something called "Call Me an Uber." Anyone knows a Long Island should hit--especially within 20 minutes. She finished hers and felt nothing. Same for me--my drink tasted like straight juice, no alcohol at all. To make it worse, gratuity was already built into the bill (around 18%), and the checkout screen only allowed up to an additional 3% tip--so you're essentially locked into tipping regardless of the experience. Bottom line: overpriced, watered-down drinks, and misleading promotions. This felt like a rip-off. Avoid this place.

The calamari on the other hand could have been something we would have skipped. The calamari itself was pretty bland. It was served with a bunch of fried squash. It was good, but felt like it was a substitute to not have to put as much calamari on the plate. It was also served with a sauce for dipping that tasted like tomato soup. Kind of odd tasting. Overall, not worth the price of the appetizer around $20. They have calamari all down Ocean so I would suggest getting some elsewhere.

They struggled to split a check more than three ways, which irritated some in the party for this day and age. I get it, seems like a silly problem in 2026 to have for a place in a central Miami Beach location. During the visit, I was shocked to witness a table collapsing on a younger woman there. While the staff seemed responsive, I'm not sure they were really prepared for the situation and addressed the tables needs fully. Still, unclear how the table dismantled. All n all, it's no a bad place, but for me personally, I'd skip it for something else next time.
