But much later, we were told none of that was possible -- no explanation, no effort to fix the situation. When we raised our concerns, the manager was arrogant and dismissive, saying "Oh, I didn't see that," and made no attempt to apologize. Meanwhile, we watched other (non-Asian) guests being treated with courtesy, checked on regularly, and served drinks promptly. We ordered a juice that never arrived -- even by the time we left. I left the restaurant feeling discriminated against, disrespected, and completely unwelcome. This was not just bad service -- it felt blatantly racist. I've never written a review like this before, but this crossed the line. I strongly urge management to take this seriously -- train your staff, and treat all guests equally, regardless of race.
