Sadly, I cannot recommend Grooming with Love. While the groomer was very kind, my dogs cut was done poorly. I have a furry dog and they told me this type of dog (chow mix)had to be shaved. From his past grooming sessions, I knew that to be true. However, they REALLY shaved deeper than any of the last groomers. This company's work ethic is atrocious. Having to always confirm my appointment date closer to when the date is approaching. So after reaching out the day prior to confirm my appointment as advised to do so, I don't even get a reply back. So here we are trying again to reach out to confirm my appointment date to which I finally get a reply back only to be told the day prior to my appointment date that the time doesn't work for her, then having to push my appointment time later, or even more later into the day and then the final impropriety is being told I have to reschedule to a completely different date. Absolutely horrid, unacceptable customer service. Will never do business with them again. I had to give a one star otherwise I could not post. They are not even worth the one star rating. read more

I have been taking my dog for 5 yrs to this place but within the last year all they want to do is shave my dogs without asking. My Yorkie came out looking like a shaved poodle and my maltipoo the same. The always say oh it's bc they have knots. Have some knows does not give you the right to shave a dog without the owners permission. Also I have noticed that when the would cut around the dogs face it was never even. When using bows it had other dogs fur on them. Or the dogs had cuts on their fur. I will take my business else where. FREDDY was the best. Once he left this place went to the dump. I have brought my cat here a couple of times, the work they have done on her is ok, but one of the workers there seems very shady. He seems to always be in a bad mood and is always complaining after I pick up my cat. One would think that they are accustomed to working with cats, afterall, cats are known to be feisty! I have always gotten charged different prices for the same work and that on its own makes me not really trust this place. Update: Just received a "compliment" from Olga (she is supposed to be the business owner) and it reads, "If you don't like the prices you always can go somewhere else." Rude much? If you're not a clueless dog/cat owner and actually care for your dogs, this place is great. They know what they're doing and have never had a problem with my palmeranian/poodle nor with my Bichon Frise/poodle.. Now, if you never take care of your pets and leave them infested and knotted up, then this place is not recommended, nor is any other place in the world ! It would at this point also be recommended that you don't own a pet! If you can't care for one and properly maintain their physical health.. then wyd? Why are your pets not brushed ? Why are you shaving cats when CATS ARE KNOWN TO LOVE THIER COATS?? Why is eye gunk even a problem ?? Freddy does such a great job! My mom took my dog Dodger there after being turned away from two other places since his fur was really mated. My dog came out looking so great! And trust me he absolutely hates the groomers since he hates being in a cage and Freddy was kind enough to tell us that when we take my dog, we can have him on the table until he can take him inside and start working on him so he won't have to be inside a cage.
