He loves all the attention lol. The groomers are FANTASTIC!!!! Diana and Jules are incredible, patient, and gentle. They put up with Pretzels very dramatic loud whines, moans and groans. He hates getting his nails cut. For reference, when our vet cut his nails, it took two assistants to hold him still. a muzzle (which pretzel has no aggression but i guess it's standard for our practice but he also whines like a husky lol) and lots of peanut butter for a minimal trim. Both Diana and Jules have provided the best trims and files in 15mins without ever nipping the kwick, no muzzle, no peanut butter, one human job. They are the best. We've been monthly regulars for about 1.5 years now. Owner Karin is kind, passionate about animals and knowledgeable! When Pretzel had a medical accident this past November she was able to give us all the information we needed on orthopedic dog beds that kept him comfortable through his recovery and even since making a full recovery he still lays on it daily! I also love that they raise money and can food collections for a local shelters and rescues as Pretzel came to me via Trina K9 in Westchester County. A community staple for rockland.

On Tuesday 3/15/22 I got a call to pick up my dog because he has gotten into it with another dog. I was told that my dog "was lock-jawed onto another's neck, shaking back and forth" I thought OMG is that dog ok!!! They told me "he's ok! No blood; no gash; just a scratch" . Well; that's odd. My dogs 85 lbs and it that did happen (which clearly not) that dog would be hurt! I was told by owner he was working on getting the video. He then became mad because I said I wasn't letting this go and hung up the phone on me, proceeded to block me from text and Facebook! Then he posted on his business page (which has now been deleted) the photo I have shared..... I don't want money. I just want to know what happened to my dog! What is on that video that you won't show me? What is this place hiding!? If you love your dog, please don't send them here! They are shady and hiding things, as you can see. He runs to the front door and impatiently waits for someone to open the door and he bolts in and can't wait to spend the day with his friends. Murphy gets to interact all day with different dogs. By the time we pick him up, he's pooped! It's a comforting feeling knowing that he is cared for so well! We have access to a live feed camera to check on him at any time. The employees there treat each animal as if it was their own. We're truly blessed to call Come Sit Stay our doggie family!

This review is long overdue !…read more We used Paw Pals walking service for a long while for our two dogs, Reggiano and Mozzarella. Our schedules changed so we no longer need their service. The walkers that came to us were wonderful. They respected our home, rules, and always treated our dogs like they were their own. Aylin was normally assigned to our pups. She would always send us great photos and updates from her 30 minute walks/ playdates with the dogs. She took the time to figure out what worked best for our two. The dogs, or The Cheesies as she called them, were always thrilled to see her. Our dog, Reggie, also went to daycare at their facility for a few weeks, but because of his dog reactivity/ easy overstimulation, we decided that utilizing their walking service would be better for him. I loved that they picked him up from home for us. Their services really helped us out and made us not have to worry about how we would get him to and from the facility. Reggie also received a bath/ blowout at their facility and he came back smelling great.

Let me start out by saying the ENTIRE staff at All Creatures are so warm and loving to all pets…read morethat visit. They really treat your pets with kindness and love. Dr Miccio saved my dog's life. He suddenly ruptured a mass on his spleen and was told twice by two separate hospitals that he more than likely had cancer and would pass away shortly even with surgery if it was cancerous. We were heartbroken thinking we were spending our last moments with our baby. Dr Miccio has been his primary vet for some time now and spoke life back into the situation, my dog and my family. She gave us realistic hope again. She explained the risks and the realities if it was cancer once the spleen was removed and biopsied. Long story short, HE IS CANCER FREE. Dr Miccio is godsend and truly is a healthcare professional because she cares about the health of her patients. I am forever grateful to Dr Miccio and the whole staff that helped my baby recover and be given a chance at more life when others were ready to bury him.
