At first our oldest was a little aggressive, but once he got in the van with her, he loved it! She did an amazing job on our dogs. They smelled and looked great afterwards!!!! I have two pups. One is pretty easy (short hair), but the other is a long hair chi-boxer-super mutt, and her hair is both adorably scrappy and easily matted. I finally found a gem of a groomer for my VERY furry, long hair Sheltie! Abby is a senior dog and her adapting to something new is stressful for her. Carrie is amazing! Abby took to her right away as did I. We both felt very comfortable with her. She is very personable and her love of dogs and her chosen profession is totally obvious. After an hour or so she brought to me a beautiful, silky clean Abby. Her long white ruff was now really white! Feet trimmed and her thick coat soft and silky. Plus she smell soooo good! Having her groomed at home is so much better, she didn't have to be kept in a kennel, not bothered by the other anxious barking dogs and was treated like a queen (that she knows she is). I even received photos/videos as she was working on Abby. Carrie did one super, fantastic job, but the best part Abby didn't get stressed.
