UPDATE March 2026: Never taking my dog back to this place…read moreagain. It's now named "Durango Pets Grooming #2". The first time I took him here it was the best experience I ever had at a groomer & he left the place clean & happy with a great cut. Then I brought him for another groom in December 2025. The places name had changed, and the service we received that day was mediocre. I genuinely don't think he was bathed during his grooming, just covered in scented powder. He was stressed out & sad all the whole rest of the day. I figured that was a fluke & so I took him to be groomed again in March 2026. Man, has this place gone downhill. Got there literally right when they opened. The girl at the front accepting the dogs was less than friendly. My dog who is never scared of ANYTHING was actually cowering between my legs & trembling. I should have taken that as a clue. She told me he'd be ready in about 2 hours & they'd call. 4 hours later I still hadn't heard anything so I called them. The lady who answered in Spanish impatiently told me it would be 30 more minutes. Another hour & a half goes by & they texted to say he was finally done. I go to pick him up & have to wait in line to check out for about 10-15 minutes. While I'm there I can see a soaking wet, shivering dog up on the grooming table, totally unattended, with his neck in the groomers loop. Standing there looking terrified and again, totally unattended for the entire 10-15 min I was standing in line. Seeing that was enough for me to know that I'm never bringing my dog back here again. I see my dog in a crate waiting for me. I finally am able to check him out & leave. I notice that he is absolutely covered in loose hair that they hadn't even bothered to blow off of him. They did not pluck the hair from inside his ears like I asked. His hair cut was ragged like it was someone's first day using the clippers, and his beard and eyebrows were both totally lopsided, beard was about an inch longer on one side than the other. His beard still smelled like his food, and I noticed his butt fur had old poop on it, and that's when I realized I don't think they even bathed him...AGAIN! He didn't even smell or feel freshly washed. And they charged me an extra $8 for hypoallergenic shampoo. I had to take him home & trim up his beard & eyebrows myself and give him another bath. Such a waste of time and money. Never again!

Even though I paid the $300 plus when he was matted they still continued to cancel my appointment with all these excuses after we had already scheduled it prior. I live an hour away and made this very clear and yet they didn't care. They even told me I would have a free groom because they cancelled my appointment twice and never answered my calls after that! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate!

I was a regular customer (2 years) until they almost blinded my dog! This was in December of 2023…read more I dropped off my dog for her regular groom. I told the groomer that my pup had a cyst removed 14 days ago just over her eye (the vet cleared Marley to get groomed and said it had healed " beautifully") and to "please avoid that area". The groomer did the opposite... i picked up and my poor dog couldn't open her eye. I spoke to the manager and she said that "they must have gotten some soap in her eyes". I was told by the "manager" that an and all vet bills would be covered. After an emergency vet visit and $700 later. My dog had an ulcer Over 3/4 of cornea and the vet said there was "substantial amount of soap in her eye". I call the owner either Tim or Tom and he refused to reimburse me for my vet bills and completely dodged all my Follow up calls. Shitty customer service!! if you value the health of your dog, do not take them here!!

At our first appointment, we talked about how my dog normally gets groomed, the length, the style, etc. Selena is really nice, friendly, timely, and professional. At the end of the appointment, she tells us how he does, if she notices any odd behavior during the grooming session. I fully trust her with my baby.

The Aussie Pet Mobile people knew how to groom an Aussie. Hence the name. When I picked up my dog she was absolutely unrecognizable. The dumb motherfucker straight used hair clippers and gave an Aussie a buzz cut absolutely ruining her double coat. It is going to take 6 months to a year for my dog to get back to where she was. Not to mention the damage it caused her skin without the protection her coat provides. This company's name is not right. It should be Bark & Maim.
