Customer service rep,…read more Have been a daily shopper for my needs for the last two years at this location and am about fed up with the service from a few of your employees that always seem to have an issue when I go through those lines at customer service. If it's such a problem being polite and doing your job without rolling your eyes , breathing heavy, and the redness on the regular, from the last who is named Tiny. If she doesn't like her job then she should quit, and if it's just a personal thing and she hates everyone. Regardless. If her attitude does not shape up, I'll find a new store to do all my shopping at. I live literally right next door, but it is not even worth the convenience of being so close to have to get the attitude. I manage a local restaurant and deal with customers that are sometimes hard regularly, and never is it okay to give these attitudes. Your company should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this attitude to go on so much. I have spoken to someone about he before and they say that's just how she is..... Maybe it's time you change that and ask your staff to start being polite and just do their jobs. You have until new years to fix this issue or I'll shop elsewhere.

They even sell bottled water and Kitchen wares of all sorts. They have special food products that you would only expect to find in a Deli. Even hot cooked food on those days when you just do not have the time to cook. Fresh fruit and vegetables,as well as Meat and Seafood. Loads of parking in the lot. the store is clean, and I did not get a chance to check out the Lou. Nice place, give it a try.

It looks like a large house from the outside, and there is porch seating as well as indoor seating. We were greeted promptly by our server who took our order. I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment and was surprised that there were not very many customers in the restaurant on a Friday night. We had a pizza supreme and an Italian salad with breadsticks and drinks for dinner. It came out quickly and well prepared. I was suprised that the salad dressing came out in a packet. Not judging.... The menu was full of variety and had something to offer (even gluten free crust!) for all. Our pizza was tasty, the lettuce was crispy, and the bread sticks with marinara were hot and very good. It was a very good experience and there was good ambience . Would be good for families with young ones all the way up to adults only. I didn't recall if there were alcohol beverages offered. But they do offer BOTH coke and Pepsi .

I'm staying across the abandoned mall at a hotel and was hungry. First time in a Marc's. I thought it was a grocery store but it's oddly packed with some of everything -but also lacking a lot of the usual grocery store departments. Like, I took a few laps and couldn't locate the bakery. And there were shelves bursting with pickles, mayonnaise, and ketchup, but oddly very little ice cream options. I tried to find sliced meats and cheeses to make a sandwich, and I did eventually find a cooler, but it was in the same place with a bunch of odd stuff like gardening suppplies and grill charcoal. The store is old, worn, not clean. When I stepped in there was stuff on the floor, dead plants. So strange. I bought a couple of things, but I don't think I'll return. I wish there were other grocery options, but Elyria seems quite limited in that regard.

I have complained to the store manager, to the corporate offices, yet it continues. I only go there because they accept my insurance flex card. No more, I will go to Walmart from now on. It's out of my way but atheist I don't find moldy cheese, and rows of product past their use by date. I have filed a complaint also with the BETER BUSINESS BUREAU. The Marc's in Elyria Ohio doesn't have the customers safety in mind. I will also contact the Lorain County Health Department

I put my items on the counter with a cashier nowhere to be found. The aisles are blocked with rolling containers filled with merchandise in an unsafe manner and trying to find an employee is difficult. There was an employee in the manager's office talking loudly back and forth with someone on speaker phone. I tapped on the self-check out and got no response. I tapped again on the self-check out and a lady from the manager's office SCREAMED AT ME TO STOP IT. I asked if someone could please ring me out and she SCREAMED AT ME FOR A SECOND TIME SAYING "I AM ON BREAK!" She then stepped out of the manager's office and SCREAMED THE CASHIER'S NAME. I said to her "Stop screaming; it's so unprofessional." She SCREAMED AT ME AGAIN THAT SHE WAS ON BREAK! I told her to stop screaming at me! She stomps off to the manager's office while the cashier finally comes to the counter and by this time I am shaken by her behavior. He asked what happened and I said she told me to SHUT UP. Hearing this she SCREAMS AT ME AGAIN "I DIDN'T SAY THAT!" and he told me not to talk about her. I said that as a customer I don't expect to be treated this way. He rang up my items and told me to "GET OUT OF THE STORE NOW." At this point, the line of customers who didn't witness how it transpired are heckling me to get out of the store. I was absolutely humiliated by these two employees' poor behavior and as a result, I will not shop at your stores again. Absolutely disgusting behavior!

I wish we would have shopped there years ago and would still be enjoying the great cuts of meat. The frozen brisket burgers are a meal every single week now. The frozen battered onion rings have become a curse for me. They are so good that I eat them atleast once per week. They are much better air fried than deep fried. Quality food is important to me because I have been unable to dine out for almost 8 years now becuase of the high risk of infections. Every time my husband bowls, he has to stop in and shop. The prices are very good compared to regular grocery stores. I have never praised a store like this before, trust me this is the best.
