The selection of bagels is limited and when asked what cheese they had, they only had American despite the sign listing several types of cheese. We ordered an everything bagel and a salt bagel, both with butter and tomato and a small coffee. There is an up charge for the everything bagel due to it being an "egg everything bagel". The everything bagel was hard. (And anyone who knows bagels knows egg bagels are the softest bagels). It didn't taste fresh even though it was 830 am. The salt bagel was softer, better and decent. The coffee was hot but taken from a carafe- not freshly brewed, so it also tasted old and flat. The servers were friendly enough and the prices were decent (despite the up charge) , $9.25 dollars for the 2 bagels and coffee. Probably not coming here again, going to look further around for a better bagel shop, I know they're hard to find in this area.

It was packed with cream cheese. Crispy outside, soft inside. Standard bagel size - a bit smaller than a NYC bagel. Good prices. I was surprised to see they have Taylor ham, a NJ staple breakfast meat, not normally seen outside of NJ. I also picked up some local Clark's chocolate milk and cold brew, my favorite! I saw they sell lox with cream cheese but not on a bagel - this should be a sandwich option (maybe you can ask for it?). No place to eat inside, though they have an empty area that can fit several tables. Maybe they removed since covid. Parking lot is small, so they may want to have everyone grab and go to make room in the lot. Employees did not make me feel rushed while making my selection.

Parking is straightforward. If I am trying to make time, the drive through is there and does what it should. The staff is focused and quick. Not chatty in a forced way. Just normal, which I appreciate before caffeine. This is not a fancy place and it does not try to be. No rainbow bagels, no dessert disguised as breakfast. It is a simple bagel shop that knows its lane. Price felt fair. Coffee was hot and not burnt. Cream cheese ratio was right. I am picky about that. Do I wish the menu had a little more going on. Yeah. They are planning to close around Columbus Day. For those of you that don't know, Jewish businesses open up in the summer and close when the kids go back to school. Communities with many of these businesses are aflutter with activity and then.....nada. Ghost town. South Fallsburg, Woodridge, and Woodbourne are prime examples. Blink....and you might miss this bakery. Fallsburg seems to be this intersection-a Stewarts on one side, a body shop on the other, Dollar General up ahead, and on the one side, a few Jewish businesses. An ice cream shop, a pizza place, and this bakery. My GPS was trying to point me across the street to the Dollar General. Anyway, once inside, there is a quick sale rack in which I found what I was looking for at an incredible price! Russian babkas at $2 each. After the season, you cannot find a babka in Walmart or Shoprite and if you did, they are usually around $7 or $8. I went late in the day at 4pm, so the bakery was empty, but that's a good thing.
