Has me just buy one off the shelf (the whole point was to be quick in and out), tells me she can't cancel the order, call online number. After leaving the store calls my wife whom placed the order and says oh we found your order it was just in a shopping cart in the aisle (b.s. then why couldn't you look it up and why did I see no such thing as I walked the store?) I get home and call the number, which I could barely hear or understand that person, they place me on a long hold only to tell me that no one is answering at the local store I just came from and that's who would have to cancel the order and to just wait and order will cancel after 3 days and then in another 3-5 days I can be refunded..... ARE YOU PAYING ME INTEREST TO HOLD/USE MY MONEY THAT MANY DAYS?! ARE YOU USING A CARRIER PIGEON TO GET TO AND FROM THE BANKS? IS IT NOT 2026? DID PETSMART HAVE ZERO ISSUE WITH TAKING MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY FROM MY BANK? The convenient Wheaton location of the facility is great for daycare and they also allow for half-day daycare too. Very flexible scheduling. When I pick my dog up, I can tell that she's received personalized attention from the staff and that she has been well cared for. Often she's been able to work one-on-one with a staff member for nearly all of her half-day session. We also attend the group classes which are incredibly unique and let my dog build up practice interacting with other dogs in a way that reinforce new, good behaviors. My neighbors are thrilled with the progress almost as much as I am - my dog no longer automatically barks at everyone outside now and is able to make new friends. The in home training we did originally was incredibly valuable to get us started on the right foot. We need to do that again very soon! Is it the least expensive daycare and/or training in the area? No. But it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. When I leave my dog in the care of The Canine's Voice I know that she's going to be safe, loved, and will learn a few things while she's there.
