Renee has always been incredible, but the experience at Marek Ashley is on an entirely different level. The space is beautiful, elevated, and luxurious, making every appointment feel like a true escape. Renee is fabulous -- knowledgeable, calming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about skincare. She customizes every facial to exactly what your skin needs while creating such a relaxing and personalized experience. Combined with the elevated atmosphere at Marek Ashley, it feels more like a luxury spa retreat than just a facial appointment. If you loved Renee before, you'll love her even more here. Highly recommend.

The facial was probably the best one that I've ever had. The room is charming, calming, and cool. Well appointed for my needs, even a cute shell jewelry box to store my rings during my facial. The products for the facial smelled great and did a great job of gently cleaning and plumping my skin. The best part was Renee's massage and ability to work my skin in a way that made me look younger and fresher when we were done. At the end of my hour, I felt really relaxed, pampered and rejuvenated. I can't wait for my next appointment with Renee and a Marek Ashley facial.

They were looking for hair models, so I decided to book an appointment, and now I've been there twice. The salon has a clean, minimalist atmosphere, and everyone from the stylists to the owner is warm, professional, and welcoming. It's also a teaching salon, which I love. It's inspiring to see the level of care, precision, and learning that goes into each service. I've been seeing Sabrina, a talented student stylist who will be hopefully on her own by the holidays. She's calm, attentive, and thorough and truly takes the time to understand what you're looking for. The prices are very resonance, and the location in downtown wheaton is perfect! Their website can be overwhelming when picking a stylist, I would recommend calling to discuss your hair type and what you want done. Highly recommend this salon!

I've coming to C'zar, previously Namaste, for 5 years. I'll keep this brief because I'm known to…read moretalk too much and this could get long very quick. I've been getting my hair dyed since middle school. I'm very picky about my Latina hair texture, how it looks, how it's styled, and just... everything. I'm extra like that. However, Andrew is the ONLY HUMAN on this earth is trust with my hair (second to Papa God). My husband and I have considered moving to a different state twice in the past couple of years. When this happens, I don't think about the usual adult things like what am I going to do about my job? The dog? The house? I think.... How am I going to find someone like Andrew to do my hair? If you want someone who will tell you how it is, knows what looks good on you, and will put your hair first over his bottom line, that's Andrew. One time I considered getting a very expensive treatment done (think +$400 keratin treatment), which I'm sure he would've made good money on, and he flat out said "Bella, you don't need that. I'll do it if you really want to, but you don't need it." Absolute pleasure spending my hard earned money at C'zar. The people are amazing (so kind and funny and just human), the atmosphere is so relaxing, plus you can get hand massages and scalp massages when you get shampooed. Coming here is my little slice of Heaven!!! For reference for the pics: I always get balaye-type coloring done. Glazes in between. I come every 2-3 months ish.

This post will mostly be about my incredible massage therapist and Chinese medicine goddess: Chona…read more(like Donna with a CH). I don't think any massage by Chona is the exact same flow. She listens to your body and follows her intuition. Instead of kneading out the knots, she loosens the acupressure spots and releases tension. I also explored acupuncture with her which was a really cool experience. I always leave the spa feeling like a noodle:) I've been to the other Czar salon/spas and this is by far the most modern. I love that the spa is upstairs and away from the hustle/bustle of the salon. It is still a bit distracting because there are hair chairs/space that share a wall with the spa rooms. I guess that's just what you get for going to a spa inside a salon. I'm considering booking their acupuncture /massage special because Chona is incredible. She's been very helpful on my healing journey.

Another thing is with my previous stylist is it would take forever to get my hair done. Sometimes 4-6 hours! I was in and out of here in less than 2.5 hours. So amazing! My color came out absolutely beautiful. I love the dimension of the blonde with my brown hair!! I loved the products she used on my hair so of course had to buy some! 10/10 I would recommend Olivia! If you're in need of a stylist, you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not coming here! I haven't loved my hair this much in such a long time!
