Outstanding customer service and communication…read more If you've attempted to hire any kind of contractor in the Boise area then you've most likely experienced no return calls, no shows for scheduled appointments, or no follow ups for quotations. It was refreshing to have someone answer the phone and then provide and quotation in a timely manner. Larry had to special order our lights and kept in constant communication with status updates. When the lights arrived, he came out promptly and installed. We also have a very high roof peak that I wanted to skip in order to keep the costs down (this may be the only year that we put lights on this house), but when we had the lights up it just didn't look right. Larry located and extra long latter, additional lights, and then made it happen. We are very happy with Larry and can sense his enthusiasm for doing quality work. Highly recommend him.

They handled everything, from supplying the lights, installing them on the house, maintaining any defective bulbs ( we just had one), and will take them down and store them for next year. Perhaps the best thing is how responsive they are. Other companies won't even return your calls. These folks are great. We highly recommend Johnny Christmas Lights.

They've done our lights for many years and I have never had any issues. I really appreciate the fact that he communicates very well. He sends out a letter in August to coordinate installation and the lights are generally taken down no later than the end of January. In the event a bulb happens to burn out, he will come out and replace it at no charge to me, which I greatly appreciate. I really enjoyed Johnny Christmas lights completing this service for me. It saves me a lot of time and energy and headaches. My house looks great. I get many compliments on it every year. Highly recommended you use Johnny Christmas lights.

But Travis took the time to sit down with us and carefully explain everything they offer, including a lifetime warranty. He made me feel confident that, as the owner, he would personally stand behind the product and make sure we'd never have another bad experience like before. His installers Brian, Dacota, and Eli were outstanding: professional, meticulous, and clearly committed to doing things right. The lights worked perfectly from the start and have worked flawlessly ever since. To top it off, Travis came by afterward to walk me through the app, showing me how to set timers, change colors, make patterns and everything I wanted to know. I can't recommend Travis and Silver Bells Lighting enough. They're not the cheapest but clearly are the best.**
