Best customer service ever!!! And delicious variety! I placed a Sugar-Free Flan order for my aunt's birthday and the owner, Jessica, was so so so sweet and accommodating! She personally delivered the flan a couple of days after the order was placed (all flans are made to order so make sure to place an order before you need it!). She added a card with our note, a candle, and a birthday hat. She also texted me when she was on her way and when it was delivered. My aunt was so so happy and said the flan was delicious!!! She had a table set up with free samples of her famously delicious coconut and raspberry flans. - Recent update: Jessica, the owner, contacted me for what has happened. She was really nice and gave me a refund! Went to this place because of all the good reviews. We were hoping to get some good flan for a friend that we are visiting. We called before going to the business because the store name didn't show on Google map. The lady who answered said they have some small ones that were made yesterday and mediums ones. I didn't remember which one she said costs $10, I assumed it was the medium one. Once we got there, the store was doing refurbishment. Another lady who was helping with the business sold us the medium sized flan for $16 (it has the price on it), and because she couldn't find the price for the small flans, she charged us $16 for two small flans too. We didn't check them until we got back, and one small flan had mold on it. Makes me question if they were actually made the day before we bought it. The flan tasted pretty rich like homemade flan. Some parts of it still have egg chunks that breaks the smooth texture. (Maybe it needs to be filtered more) If you want to buy from them, I would suggest you go after they are finished with refurbishment and order ahead of time. It was such a bad experience for us. Hope the other medium flan we bought for a friend didn't have mold. read more
