I gave him a check for the full amount for the job with the good faith and trust he was going to return given I was a regular customer. He never showed back up. I called him twice on his cell phone in subsequent weeks and he would give me the same line that he would come before the end of the week. Last month, I got a flyer in my mailbox from his company that they would be in my area (Cohasset) and interested in bidding for anyone needing tree removal. I called him again, and again, he said he promised to return by the end of the week. Again, a no-show. This was quite insulting to me given he was in the area to do additional work, yet he jerked me around and never did. I am a senior citizen and cannot move this pile of wood chips. No one I can call would come to do such a small job. So for future customers, DO NOT PAY HIM UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETE 100%. If there is a problem, he will not return as he has your money, despite his word.

They treated and seeded a part of the lawn that wasn't in the "deal" because their work forced them to overlap in that area. They were absolutely amazing, and they did it all in two days.
