So fresh , corn dusted and perfectly fried .. shrimp juicy and tender and perfect amount .. nice and filling Chicken Gyro.. fresh grilled .. great portion size and tzatziki sauce was on point!! Waffle fries - Fresh out of the fryer! Could ask for better Pasta Salad - homemade "Greek" style.. we ate every last bite This was enough food for 3 people !! The young man working the food truck provided service that honestly rivaled what you'd expect at a full-service restaurant. It was on the salty side, but the meat was a good cut, not fatty at all. Mac salad was perfect. The chicken and tuna my friends had was good as well. The loco moco was a little disappointing. The gravy was lacking in flavor and the patty was overdone. We've all been fortunate to live on or visit O'ahu and Hawai'i island many times, so our expectations are high! That being said... would I go back? Absolutely. The people were kind and happy to make suggestions. The food truck was clean and well-kept. I just wish the seasoning for the kalbi beef and the loco moco would have been a little better!

I'm a native San Diegoan, and getting some legit street tacos in Tennessee is a dream come true. If you're not used to "authentic" street tacos, know that they are supposed to be "simple". Tortilla, meet, cilantro & onion, and maybe some salsa. Al Pastor should have pineapple too. My favorite thing to order is the "Mexi-can not Mexi-can't" which is three street tacos. I get the Al Pastor, and a side of queso and chips. Their queso is amazing and the chips are the best I have ever had. If you're used to "cheese" and things on your tacos, then I'd recommend ordering the gringo style. You should know that the beans aren't "refried", but seasoned black beans which are delicious but may surprise some people.
