I went in on Sunday, about 11:15, because a friend let me have a bite of her Pistachio Croissant. It was sooo good I wanted to get a few (4). Sadly there were only two left. As I looked at the wall menu I thought the sandwiches sounded good, and I wouldn't have to cook lunch. Well I then ordered 2 Club Houses to go. (My mistake time wise) Again... I was the ONLY customer/person there. I stood around for 30min and noticed the two front end girls were lightly wiping a counter and as my momma would say, "puttering about". Nothing was said to me still standing at the counter. Finally I said 'is anyone making my sandwiches?' One girl said yes, the other girl went to the back to check. The decor is nice, but with a sore foot I wasn't interested in decor, not to forget HH (hungry hubby) was waiting in the car that warm day. The sandwiches when I finally got home to eat them were large and well packed with meat & cheese. They were good. The croissants were really good. BUT waiting 45 (yes Forty-five) minutes for two sandwiches in an empty restaurant was crazy!

Day-old muffins weren't in the plans for this Tuesday, but you know I had to buy one. The muffin top was still amazing. I love this place. The coffees were fun and tasty. She didn't take me back for Tuesday afternoon senior social hour, not so nice.

Unfortunate for me though, I had to sit right under an air conditioning duct. I bet that the gentlemen were wishing that it was my girlfriend who had that seat. (I think you get the points.) Our meals were as fresh as can be, and tasty too. We had no problem cleaning our plates. It was fairly crowded when we got there. But if you don't mind sharing a table, you'll find a spot for sure. There's outside seating if you like. Quick Tip: Get there early, or get there late, cause if you get there during prime chow down, you'll be lucky to find a seat. Even the cold zone will be occupied. We had the chicken and goat cheese biscuit, farmer biscuit, cappuccino, and toffee crunch latte. Drinks came out fairly quickly, but the food took about 30 to 40 minutes. Staff was sweet, just seemed overwhelmed. The food itself was good. The goat cheese and pepper jelly were a great combo, and I personally loved the apple butter, though my partner thought there was too much. Overall, good food if you have time to wait.
