The food being delivered by a robot is also completely out of place and honestly awkward. It doesn't fit the restaurant at all and draws uncomfortable attention when it comes to the table rather than enhancing the experience. The bathrooms are another issue. They've been dirty on multiple visits, and there are no paper towels at all--only one of those hand blow-dryers. That might work in an airport, but it's incredibly impractical in a restaurant, especially when you're trying to clean kids' hands or faces after messy BBQ. The only reason we've continued to give this place chances is the friendly staff, and the hope that maybe the next visit would finally be better. The ice cream shop next door is honestly one of the biggest reasons we stop at all. Overall, the experience feels bare minimum. I'd rather run through a drive thru chain. I also ordered a cheese Danish to go and the employee just opened a box and the lid of the Danish cloche and told me to grab one. I feel like they should use a paper to grab it; I don't like the thought of other customers putting their hands in to choose.
