We had some questions and he answered all of them patiently and was very friendly. He knows what customer service is all about. My sis couldn't make up her mind on her donut choice and he was so patient. I got a silicone thermos here and I LOVE it. It holds my huge bulletproof coffee I make every morning and keeps it warm for hours. The only complaint we had was that the drinks were SO overpoweringly sweet. Now, I know Americans love the sugar, and so I think that may be my preference. I, admittedly, do not eat a lot of sugar and use xylitol for sweet. I'm sure the drinks were standard, but I could drink more than half my samoa-flavoured coffee and my niece could drink her Mocha Swirl frozen drink. But, like I said...our preferences.
