Right off the bat I knew it was local. It was hard to find. It seems young twenty's are working there. There was no owner to be found. None had hair nets. One did have the hair up, but not so tight that hair will stay intact. The price is high for a local place. The meats was not a lot and FROZEN. The vegetables was quite good. No seasoning options. There is heat options. The food came out good. The cook cleaned the stove well.

Mongolian fried rice with chicken, beef, and shrimp!

We will be coming from Knoxville to eat here! The fresh vegetable choices and delicious sauces make the food unbeatable! When you add the amazing service and small diner feel, it made this our favorite, Asian go-to!! The serving sizes are also enormous. My husband and I could easily share one plate, or the five of us could share three plates! The noodle dishes are my favorite!

Love this place if you like it spicy tell them you want a number 5 If your not wanting spicy ask for the #1 or none will work just fine for you.

Absolutely worth the commute out of Knoxville for this Mongolian gem! The last time I found this level of Mongolian was in California. So happy to have something this good so close to home.

Sorry...it was so good that I couldn't stop eating long enough to take a pic!!

This hidden little gem was recommended to me by a student. So glad I went. First off I was greeted by the friendliest lady (I'm thinking this might be the "K" in K's Kitchen)...so helpful. Explained how it all worked and even suggested I go and add more to my bowl! After choosing all of your ingredients the chef in the back works some magic and makes it delicious. Will be back!

    fresh veggie bar!

Delicious! I'm glad I read the reviews to look for the little building between the gas station and liquor store!

I was a little skeptical because of how few reviews this place had, but the food was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back

Unfortunately this visit was disappointing. The prices were not posted anywhere, nowhere, no paper menus with prices. This may be fine for people where money is not an object but although I appreciate the benefits of health food and am willing to pay and this is not the case for me. I found this distasteful. We were quickly told that is was a branding choice to exclude prices and a way to engage more with clientele except when I asked how much things were they didn't know... there is so many more ways to increase engagement between customer and staff. Also, all this being said prices are totally reasonable for a juice bar. Next the avocado toast was missing at least two ingredients the avocado oil and the Himalayan salt, so it was pretty bland, small portion and left us wanting the ingredients we were missing. The coconut sky smoothie was good, sweeter than my usual taste but totally yummy. Overall, this visit left me not wanting to return when I was so looking forward to this long awaited return. It didn't hold the same warmth, authenticity and care this time around.

Finally a place that cares about making healthy food! Everything here is seed oil free and organic…read more They don't give out plastic straws or plastic cutlery (so grateful for that!). There are tons of vegan options, and you don't have to look too hard for gf options if that's your jam. The store itself is packed with amazing health food items like mushroom coffee, shilajit, matcha, electrolytes, and so much more. They also have a refrigerated grab-and-go section with fresh juices, rice paper rolls, chia seed pudding, and a lentil casserole. The glass dessert case is full of vegan treats like peanut butter and chocolate cups, bliss balls, and donuts. The menu is extensive with tons of great organic vegan options. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough (they also offer gluten-free and multigrain) with cashew cheese and a side of chili. I also got a beet juice, a lemon lavender muffin, chia seed pudding, and a decaf oat milk latte. The sandwich was pretty good. The bread seemed really fresh and I enjoyed the cashew cheese. The side of chili had a slight twist that elevated it above most regular chili recipes. It was good, but had a little too much corn for my taste personally. The beet juice was delicious and a generous portion. The desserts were just okay, but I appreciated that they weren't overly sweet and didn't have any weird ingredients. Honestly, it's just so nice knowing your food has no weird ingredients and everything is organic! The only downside was the coffee. Honestly, it was probably one of the worst I've ever had. Maybe it was just an off day or a mistake, I'm not sure. Everything else was good though! I would definitely recommend this spot. The decor is really cute and inviting. I love that they offer plenty of seating options too -- indoor, an enclosed outdoor patio, and an exterior exposed patio. Logistical Notes: Parking was super easy with a lot right out front. There are two accessible bathrooms for people with disabilities, and I love that they have a gender-inclusive restroom as well. You order at the register, they bring you your food, and then you bus your own "tray."
